Great bags, and just the right size. The spinners worked well. I really like the external latches too to reinforce the bag in case there is a zipper fail.

Perfect size for traveling, love the wheels and how they operate. 2nd one purchased.

Needed a new suit case and this was highly recommended. It is well constructed and looks great.

We purchased this bag for my 5 year old as the size was better than the slightly bigger more expensive TravelPro bags we bought the rest of the family. His bag tipped constantly. I assumed it was user error and took the bag as mine, while he took my other TravelPro. The tipped for me whenever there was any change in a threshold or pushed quickly. My son didn’t tip my much heavier & fuller larger more expensive TravelPro. I do not recommend this bag. Spend the extra money and get the slightly more expensive wheeler TravelPro bags.

Compact but spacious, nice design, and pockets in the right places for everything you need.

I did a decent amount of research prior to purchasing as I travel frequently for work and with my family. I had a few primary priorities - lightweight, spinner wheels (not fixed), pockets for storage and sorting, color options for easy spotting on the baggage carousel. These suitcases are primarily black but the color patches on the side make it stand out well enough. Its surprisingly lightweight but durable. Theyve been through snow, a couple of flights, and a couple road trips and Im very happy with them. The 21 suitcase fits inside the 26 for easy storage (we bought both). The pockets are awesome, with a couple pockets on the outside and a waterproof pouch on the inside. The external straps - I like them, my husband doesnt. Theyre extra security for keeping your baggage closed and can help for tightening down/compacting your suitcase, but he thinks theyre superfluous. Overall, very happy with the purchase. I only wish they made them in bright orange... (I love that color and it stands out so well on the carousel).

Disappointed. I received this bag today and it is USED. The wheels have been dragged all over terrain of all sorts. How do I know? Dirt, dust and small stones/rocks in the wheels.

The TravelPro brand was recommended to me by a colleague. I was a bit hesitant due to the price being $50 more than the other spinner carry on bags I had been looking at. However, I decided to spend a little extra money and boy am so glad I went with this choice. It is a great bag and fits everything I need for my weekly work travels. I especially love the plastic pocket to put toiletries in. Would highly recommend this bag for the frequent traveler.

I read many reviews of this roller that cited the difficulty with the main zipper. It is sticky, but I didn’t think that would be a deal breaker and it isn’t. The biggest flaw is that the roller is so short, and the weight so shifted forward that with a backpack on top and threaded through the extendable handle, the suitcase easily falls forward. That is a pretty serious flaw when you are waiting at the gate or in a restaurant. I have to lean the case against a wall or chair to prevent tipping.
