> 24 hourThis review is for the Large bag. My husband and I just used this bag for a 4 week trip (it was our only checkin for the both of us). It held up very nicely. The protective coating kept it looking clean. Very well balanced even with a heavy personal item on top. Sometimes a little hard to steer, but never tipped. Zippers seem very good quality. Inside dimensions are cavernous enough, and any more would make it that much harder to be within the weight limits. Pockets are sufficient as we also use packing cubes.

> 24 hourI ordered 2 of these in prep for a trip and they came just in time but one has a defective zipper on the 2 expanding pouch. I wanted to return it but found that I would have to pay shipping. On a defective product!

> 24 hourIf you do not live near a service center DO NOT BUY this product!! I had a zipper break during my first trip with this suitcase. The metal pull tab completely broke off we’re it attaches to the zipper itself. It also just so happens to be the main suitcase zipper so a really big deal. I have tried multiple times to contact customer support through the info on their website and have not gotten a response. Also in order to get this manufacturing defect fixed I now have to PAY to ship this bag to them for repair or drive over 8 hours, which given its size is really expensive. After reading other reviews this zipper issue is very common so beware if you purchase this bag!

> 24 hourWe purchased this bag for my 5 year old as the size was better than the slightly bigger more expensive TravelPro bags we bought the rest of the family. His bag tipped constantly. I assumed it was user error and took the bag as mine, while he took my other TravelPro. The tipped for me whenever there was any change in a threshold or pushed quickly. My son didn’t tip my much heavier & fuller larger more expensive TravelPro. I do not recommend this bag. Spend the extra money and get the slightly more expensive wheeler TravelPro bags.

> 24 hourThis Travel Pro piece is a true gem. Used it for the first time earlier this week and it didnt disappoint. Depending on the aircraft, it can fit under the seat in front of you, again depending on the aircraft. It also fits in the overhead bins. Love the small zippered pocket on the backside, so perfect for keys or a cell phone. You wont be disappointed in Travel Pro luggage. This is now my fourth piece, all different sizes. Dont hesitate and order this now. Be sure to register your Travel Pro pieces with Travel Pro for their outstanding warranties. Safe travels.

> 24 hourDisappointed. I received this bag today and it is USED. The wheels have been dragged all over terrain of all sorts. How do I know? Dirt, dust and small stones/rocks in the wheels.

> 24 hourThe Carry-on sold by Portmantos was actually a rusted, cheap and damaged Protege carry-on, with a Travelpro tag attached to it.

> 24 hourThe TravelPro brand was recommended to me by a colleague. I was a bit hesitant due to the price being $50 more than the other spinner carry on bags I had been looking at. However, I decided to spend a little extra money and boy am so glad I went with this choice. It is a great bag and fits everything I need for my weekly work travels. I especially love the plastic pocket to put toiletries in. Would highly recommend this bag for the frequent traveler.

> 24 hourLove the spinner wheels, color, exterior material, ease of moving it around. But after 2 uses, in the expanded format, there is already a 2” tear/hole by the zipper on the bottom corner. The fabric for the expanded section is very thin and poor quality. Very disappointed as I loved this luggage.
