These don’t open and close very well. They’re really flimsy and don’t really serve a purpose. They’re hard to open because pushing the little lever down doesn’t open it the way it’s supposed to. We bought them to hook into our chicken coop latch to keep it from coming open by itself. It required tools to get back into it.

I use these to hold together cattle panels for a mobile goat enclosure. Well see how they hold up over time, but theyve been fine for the first couple weeks. The goats love to climb/jump on the panels, so the clips have to hold up to quite a bit of force and are fully exposed to sun and rain.

Use them to hold up portable panels for animals to graze. Very handy!

These things make play time so much easier. Make simple connections and restraints using anything with D rings. Added bonus - wife likes the jingle and the snap when things are locked into place.
