> 24 hourI’ve been repairing our watercraft dings and holes with just epoxy and no fiberglass, which is a mistake because this stuff is easy to use and makes the repair so much stronger.

> 24 hourI think regular fiberglass matting works better versus the cloth. Was overly happy with the final product. Hard to form and hang versus matting.

> 24 hourThis 499 cloth worked well along with the Bondo 404 resin for some patching and repairs. The cloth is fairly thin, but still good quality and was adequate for what I used it for, especially since I planned on using at least two layers of it anyway. I purchased two packages and each contained eight square feet of cloth, so was enough to give a good amount of coverage. I ended up using approximately a quart and a half of resin per full sheet of cloth to get thorough saturation, so was glad I bought the gallon size can of resin instead of just a couple of quarts as I originally intended. Overall, this fiberglass cloth worked like it was supposed to so I would buy again if needed.

> 24 hourIts perfect for many repairs you will encounter. Good size, easy to handle. I had an old Bissel garage vac with a badly cracked top panel. I cleaned it up, cut a fiberglass patch that fit the cracked area. I put down a coat of 10-minute epoxy on the back side of the broken part, making sure the glue filled the cracks. Then I laid the patch over the wet glue and pressed it down with a flexible plastic knife. Then I added a thin layer of epoxy to the patch: Great result; probably stronger than new.

> 24 hourUsed this fiberglass cloth and resin to repair some interior panels on my ‘95 Jeep Cherokee. Brittle plastic had allow the plastic to crack and break when removing the rear hatch panel, despite my best efforts to avoid it using the proper panel tools. So first glued the prices back into place, the layered up some strips and formed over the spot where the retainers go. After drying overnight, used a Dremel tool to recut the necessary notch in the fiberglass repair and pushed the retainer clips into place. Worked great, and no issues reinstalling the panel.

> 24 hourMy fiberglass canoe no longer has a hole in it thanks to this stuff. I used this along with other 3M marine filler and now I am good to go (canoeing)!
