> 3 dayI suspect this is E-glass. An earlier poster suggested that it was less than 3 ounces/yard^2. Clearly they dont know how to calculate. The product is 4.8 ounces for 8 square feet which is 5.4 ounces/yard^2, so I would call this 6 ounce cloth.

> 3 dayDidnt want to wait around for delivery from Amz., so pick it up at my local 0Reilly. This is a lot of cloth and will supply me with years of use. I used it in combination with Miracle Paint for rust repairs to the underside of a classic car. If I ever run out, I will buy more of the same.

07-06-2025I think regular fiberglass matting works better versus the cloth. Was overly happy with the final product. Hard to form and hang versus matting.

> 3 dayGood stuff. I needed a woven fiberglass that would be able to flow in, out and around the contours of a boat transom and stringer joints, this is just the right thickness to work with. 3 layers of this with 3M polyester resin and a few smaller pieces of 24oz cloth to reinforce corners gave me just the right strength but kept it thin and lightweight. Thanks Amazon!

> 3 dayWorked nicely for my first fiberglass project. Wish it wasnt so slippery but I guess that comes with the territory.
