Greater than one weekAbout as solid as you can get. Only bad thing is some might struggle to move the adjustable parts, they dont budge easily which is good for the most part but I honestly dont think its necessary to have it ThaT stiff. We can adjust them, but Id imagine older ones or younger ones will struggle.
