I was having neck and shoulder problems. I finally realized the way I used my laptop was the problem. I would put my 13 MacBook on my crossed legs (a good position for my hands to type) and angle my neck down to seen the screen. Not good to do for long periods of time! Ive had this stand for almost a week and my neck and shoulders are doing much better. I just have to remember to use it. The joints of the stand use friction to stay in place and it takes some force to adjust the angles. It feels sturdy and solid. See the photo for the angle I use.

i have one for my desk at home and one for work. the stand works well and has a wide range for adjustment. its sturdy and stable. it does require a bit of gentle force to adjust, but the stiffness keeps it steady & stable.

Well-made, high quality product. Very sturdy and super strong. Holds my weighty Dell laptop very well. Since the front edge of my laptop is rather thick, i was concerned that the holding brackets migjt not keep the laptop from sliding down if/when positioned vertically. This is a non-issue - the brackets cover 70% of the front edge so it does not slide/fall off the riser. Excellent leverage for raising the monitor to an ergonomic height. Very adjustible. I was concerned that the product hinges would collapse under the weight of the laptop. This product easily supports it. In fact, Id say the hinges are actually a bit stiff when unfolding the product - but thats what keeps it solid -and prevents it from collapsing. Really like its sleek design and as previously noted, the product has a high-quality construction. A great purchase.

I was looking for a laptop stand because I have been writing a lot of care plans for school and my neck was starting to bother me. I was looking for a stand that was steady and sleek looking. I am very pleased with my purchase. The laptop stand is very nice looking and very sturdy. I would recommend this product.

Solid stand and adjusts in any direction you can think of. It holds my MacBook Pro 16 and stays in place. Having this has really helped my neck and back pain while working from home.
