It took a bit for it to install and give the option on the phone to use CarPlay.But once installed it works well. Make sure to put your devices n order or you may get the wrong one auto connecting. Its nice to just get in the car and go instead of connecting your phone and making sure it gives the CarPlay option. Connection on phone calls is horrible. We had to stop using it because of that. Not recommending this.

This adapter works well, delivering nicely on the promise of wireless CarPlay for cars that are equipped only with wired CarPlay. My Subaru Outback 2020 is one of those that only has wired CarPlay. Using a wireless adapter like this makes the experience so much nicer, particularly when you are only making short trips around town and dont want to plug it in every time.

after a brief setup, this connected flawlessly. Bear in mind that when it starts up each time there is a little wait for the bluetooth connection to happen, but it has works flawlessly thus far.
