This is a very nice looking CarPlay dongle. It’s very tiny and I like it comes with usb-c to usb-c or usb adapter attached. It connected right away in the Mercedes GLE without any hiccups. Open your Bluetooth and click on the smartdongle and pair. Simple as that so I don’t understand how others are giving this bad reviews when it’s pretty straight forward.

when I connect the device there is a delay in the conversation, the other party must wait for me to finish before they can talk. And most of the time I have to repeat what I just said.

The device worked great for one day. Connected fast and was the same as wired hookup. Then, second day, it disconnected a couple times then worked fine. On the third day, it would not connect. I disconnected the unit, forget device, and started over. The device would not connect to phone. Wanted to like this but cannot recommend. Also, why are all the reviews about some book? Very deceptive. This device has very few reviews that are actually about this device.

届くのに少し時間がかかりました。

This little puck has a fast processor, which leads to easy installation and quick boot up for the user. It is installed on a 2019 Honda CR-V with basic audio head unit/touchscreen and wired CarPlay, paired with an iPhone 13. As with a similar unit I have on my own Honda vehicle, a cold start will produce an initial boot up screen, then CarPlay appears. A warm start—though I haven’t yet had enough experience with it to know how to define that, but certainly after turning off the engine for some short interval—skips the boot up screen and takes you back into CarPlay. There is no perceptible difference between wired CarPlay and wireless CarPlay through this device…except you don’t have to plug the phone in. I recommend leaving a USB cable in the vehicle, because of course your phone battery will drain while connected to this device; also, it pairs to one phone only.

Black screen showing the decide name appears instead of car play with or without the device plugged in. Corrupts car play feature post connection! Scam !!!!!!! Has to reset the car lost all settings. Not worth it beware of garbage
