The biggest issue with this is the waste. Try as I might it seems impossible not to waste as much, or more label than you use.

Ive had this a few months now. I wanted to have a nice wireless printer to print my occasional labels without having to set up my regular printer each time. When this thing works, its exactly what I wanted. I pull up the app, design a label and print the one or two that I need. The problem is that half the time I get a communication error. Called tech support, waited for them for a long time and they showed me a better way to set up the driver. That was fine. It worked that day again. In fact, its worked about half the times Ive needed it. Some days Id get the stupid communication error again. Sometimes Id print out a whole slew of labels and then it would stop working. Today Im trying to reinstall the driver again on my mac, and it wont connect. I suppose eventually it will again, but for $450 or so, I expect fewer problems. I bought this to stop having an inconvenience. I still have a major inconvenience. Update 3/1/2021: I haven’t had trouble with connectivity in quite a while, even after power outages, moving locations and adding other computers to print from with it. Whatever the bug was seems to have gone, so I’m improving my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Horrible, absolutely horrible printer. Cust service was NO help. Using with an iPad (and even tried with MacBook) and it doesnt work. I called cust svc 5 times, went through several iterations of getting it connected wirelessly and it still stops printing mid-way through. Error message says out of paper yet it isnt. Installed new roll, called back to cust service, still wont work. SUPER frustrating since we bought this to use at church and we cannot afford to waste money like this. It worked at one point but stopped.

The labels this uses are not inexpensive, but the quality allows you to quickly do many things other label makers wont. For instance even around the house if you have a lot of storage like myself, there are some apps that allow you to create specific barcodes to print that will contain information and can be read by a phone scanner. For mailing labels its if you have a lot of outgoing packages for say a home business for Ebay, Amazon, or some other online sales and ship. If you have a number of like labels for products or other such things this prints them very fast, so its great for a business as well. You dont have to work with messy toner or ink like with some printers the labels use high quality thermal paper to print with. This technology has gotten much faster and more efficient than with the cheap computer printers it was used with 20 years ago, when they used thermal tape to print color on a white paper. Nice compact easy to use unit. The software could be a bit better, you can connect via WIFI so this does not require a direct cable link to your computer. Recommended for home and small business use.

We use our printer for labels for our kids ministry. Prints, cuts, delivers without touching anything. Be sure to purchase the battery pack as it makes the check-in station neater and more efficient to not have cords and wires. Note: must be synced to the WiFi using a computer not an iPad the first time used.

It worked with the included sample labels but when I put in a new roll of labels with a different size, it was a nightmare to get the labels lined up properly with the text. Before I threw the whole thing in the garbage, it was typing in letters in a screwed up manner and I could not get them to align properly. Trash. dont waste your money.

    Greater than one week

Took 3 hrs with support support online to get it to install printed two labels and then lost connection and it will not come back total waste of money .

I consider myself tech-savvy, and I understand the mechanics of print drivers, WPS connectivity, etc. However, 15 minutes out of the box with zero progress on setup other than installing the labels and plugging it together, I was on the phone with Clarissa on their Chat Help App. Clarissa proceeded to send me links to the instructions that I just read. The instructions tell you to do things, the Windows 11 settings they tell you to activate dont exist, and the Wifi Button refused to turn green. So, word of caution - approaching this slowly and using the instructions as written, you can expect to be frustrated. I saw other reviews stating it was not a joy to setup, however I didnt expect it would be this frustrating. Return, and back to the label maker review drawing board.
