> 3 dayI did not realize the importance of using the proper pad for rubbing compounds, polishing, and waxing. I would use the same pad with a rubbing compound and expect it to remove swirl marks. Work myself to death with poor results and then blame the compound. This pad set provides everything you need to remove minor scuffs and scratches from you paint so it will look like new. I have a 2004 truck that had light oxidation and I thought it needed a paint job. I ran across this kit and the results were astounding. I cant speak to how they hold up for a professional but, I can say they held up well for me. Watch a few videos to see how to use them properly and you will be pleased with the results. I used the Dewalt orbital sander with these pads; while misting with a water bottle and, while only using the compound. I say personal preference prevails here but, both methods are effective. Adding more compound and/or water before the pad dries with ensure they last. Also keep them clean for improved performance and longevity. Highly recommend the pads...and watch a few videos for technique.

Greater than one weekThe pads fit my electric buffer very well. Changing pads is easy and quick. The different pads work well on different parts of my car.

> 3 dayHi. I am a hobbyist who cleans a lot of other people’s classic cars of various conditions through out the year. I’m on my first experience with these pads. It fits my Rupes LHR15 Mark III to the tee. I have used the yellow pad and white pad. The yellow has a good cut to it with M105 to remove 3000 grit sanding. The white pad with M205 has a good finishing ability. So far I’m pleased. I will order again. They set us cheaper than 2 pads of what is was using. And do a better job. Again I’m pleased and I’ll order again. Directly, I’m comparing them to the chemical guys hex logic pads which are awesome too. But like having all the pads so I can choose how aggressive I want to be with the cut of the pad. I cannot comment on on durability or easy to clean as I have not so so yet. But I’m assuming it will be Like others. Some pad cleaner and a good hand scrub then in the washer they go.

> 3 dayUsed these with a Meguiar’s buffing compound and a Bosch orbital sander to buff out some scratches on a newer car and also to buff an older truck. Pads stuck to the sander very well and were easy to clean with a water hose. Used the orange and yellow pads for the scratches and they worked better than expected and then used the black pad to finish. Before and after pictures attached.

Greater than one weekI like the packaging protecting the pads. Many have arrived loose or in a crush-a-ble bag all deformed. Much better packaging and presentation that Chemical Guys or Griots or others.

Greater than one weekOur 2011 Toyota Sienna had some ugly paint on it. Years ago, my wife used Baking Powder to clean some black tar like tree sap that had fallen on it. The color was white, so the black spots were extremely noticeable. Nothing I could buy in terms of wax or cleaners would work. We were always left with a bull white finish with no mirror like exterior. I came across a YouTube video about power buffers/polishers and thought I would experiment with one from Harbor Freight. I quickly bought other items to help such as the Meguiars 105 and 205 Cut Compound and Polish. I bought these pads to use on the electric polisher. These were 7-inch pads, and I should have bought 6 inch, but I used them anyway. The results? It was like a magic trick. The old worn-out finish on our Toyota was erased and a mirror like finish emerged. I finished it off with Turtle Wax Hybrid Cermaic wax and our car looks almost brand new. I really am proud of the effort and these pads were a part of the process.

> 3 dayI have Griots G9, and a Flag Blue gel coat on my boat. These pads worked great. I paired these with Jescar Compound, Mirco polish and Power Lock. Used the Heavy cut + compound after 1500/2000 grit wet sanding some fender rash. I didnt have a rotary polisher, thought I was going to be SOL....but worked great. Ran the DA at 6...no problems. Used the light cut on the polish. Used to finish with the Power Lock. No Holos. No swirl. Best results Ive had so far.... NO problems with durability. The pads have a nice little cross cuts in them that hold the polish. Totally durable...will easily last me 2-3 more rounds of polishing, maybe more.
