> 3 dayPure L-Citrulline Powder - Pure L-Arginine Base Powder – Pure Pine Bark Extract Powder I am a first time buyer of Bulk Supplements products (purchased several different powders at the same time) and I will continue to buy their products as needed. My wife and I weight-lift 2 hours, Cardio 1/2 a day 5 days a week 8:00 am to 10:30 am. We had been taking are supplements in pill form and with great success over the last 3 months (but pricey). After doing some research I realized I should get just as good if not better results with the different powders I purchased and save some money. The powders come in a nice bag for storage, but we chose bormioli rocco fido glass canister for all of our powders. How we mix we both use an Boroux Spectrum 16.9 oz pure Borosilicate glass water bottle with exclusive sleeve add 3oz of green tee are black tee unsweetened, 2.2 g L-Arginine Base Powder,1 g Pure L-Citrulline Powder, 0.2 5 mg Pure Pine Bark Extract Powder add 5 more ounces of tee shake up then fill with Ice. We sip on this drink as we weight-lift. Shake it from time to time to make sure all powders dissolve. No smell to the powder. We have no hunger cravings throughout are morning workout. Plenty of energy and very little muscle fatigue. But I must say, we also have are Clean Whey Protein Powder Isolate 90% drink before going to the gym. The package arrived in excellent condition and on time. I would recommend. Did not receive anything to write this review GW17

> 3 dayAs others have mentioned, the flavor is foul, but easily covered if placed in a smoothie. I usually just mix in one ounce of water (along with l-arginine as some of the research shows that they work better together than either one alone), mix til dissolved, then just chug it down in a single swallow. I use it for pre-workout and to decrease blood pressure (it increases nitric oxide thereby causing vasodilation). My workouts have improved (although this may just be placebo effect). My systolic BP has definitely decreased by six points and the diastolic has decreased by four points (from my research, it’s definitely better to decrease the diastolic pressure as this is the “resting” pressure your body exerts on the heart). As a great side effect, my wife likes the effects also (remember that “the blue pill” works by increasing the release of nitric oxide just like this product)! Hope this helps

> 3 dayThis stuff is a great deal. For the price you really can’t go wrong. I mix this with guarana extract and beta alanine and it makes a great pre workout. I’ve taken pre workouts like mesomorph for many years and this is better than those high-stim pre workouts in many ways. My only complaint is that they could be packaged better and the second batch I ordered was a tad clumpy but no that moisture caused type of clump so not a big deal. I would recommend this product!

> 3 dayIf youre searching for a review that will help justify your indecisive L-Citrulline purchase, then read no further. I searched the vast cyberspace for supplement companies who pride themselves on quality and integrity. Only BulkSupplements and a few others deserve credit. Their manufacturing is GMP quality controlled, and products are 3rd party tested. Their creatine monohydrate received a #1 rating from Labdoor.com. Their testing concluded label accuracy, purity, ingredient safety, and efficiency. This is how I choose all my products after being misled by big pharma companies. Finally, I put their L-Citrulline powder to test for the past several weeks. I mixed 6-8 grams of L-Citrulline with a half scoop of preworkout before heading to the gym. The conclusion was undeniable, for whichever muscle group I had worked was engorged in blood, and I had a muscle pump that made the Norse Gods envious. My muscles were so skin-splitting pumped, that my 2nd Ammendment right to bear arms are being threatened by the left. This is definitely part of my supplement regimen going forward. Another note is that BulkSupplements followed up with my order to ensure satisfaction. Its time for everyone to show respect and support for the companies that show us respect with high quality products.

> 3 dayThis stuff definitely works as a vasodilator and is the must-have foundation of any pre-workout in my opinion. I typically take it first thing in the morning whether or not Im working out and believe it has significant effects on recovery from exercise and gets you kick-started to get on with your day. Then before exercise, I almost always take the same 3 gram dose. I use 3g on an empty stomach mixed in a custom pre-workout, or with the occasional pre-made PWO that I try. Most pre-workouts have an insignificant amount of this if any, so I stack it with almost everything I buy, and prefer to make my own pre-workout from scratch using this, agmatine, and beta alanine as a base. 3g truly is the effective dose for most people (I weigh 217) and typically to get that amount from a pre-workout mix, youll have to consume an undesirable number of scoops, including artificial colors, sucralose, and excessive stimulants. And men, even if you have no problems whatsoever downstairs, it has a noticeable effect on sexual performance, period, it is noticeable for sure and has been studied in comparison to Viagra with encouraging results. The simplest thing a man will notice 30 minutes after taking 3 grams of this is that when you urinate, your stream is huge and powerful because your tissue is significantly plumped up with blood, even in a flaccid state. Sensitivity is increased but control also seems to increase, possibly because pelvic floor and basically all other muscles are full of blood and performing optimally. I am confident this effect would be beneficial to women as well, whether due to their use of the product to increase their own blood flow, or due to their male partners use. As mentioned, its extremely unlikely that your pre-workout mix of choice has an effective 3g dose of citrulline in a reasonable number of scoops. This is better than arginine because its more bioavailable, and more rapidly assimilated via the kidneys, so you end up with a more significant amount of arginine in your tissues, and experience better vasodilation. Beyond citrulline (3g), agmatine (1-2g), beta-alanine (2-3g) and creatine (5g), I use caffeine and occasionally other stimulants in my pre-workout; my main combinations are: 1. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + hordenine + PEA 2. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + higenamine 3. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + yohimbine (this causes intense vasodilation and pounding heart rate, best for interval training, essential in an intermittent fasted state in the AM with BCAAs, maybe 2 times a week, tops under exercise, watch your heart rate and back off for 2-3 minutes when it tops out) Your results may vary, I am not your doctor, dont kill yourself if youre out of shape and/or have family history of or existing high blood pressure, etc...I provide no stimulant dosing information because its a personal risk you take and Im not as confident throwing numbers around as I am for amino acids and creatine, but heres my point in bringing it up: L-citrulline seems to really take the negative edge off of stimulants in a pre-workout supplement, especially those that can raise blood pressure (not caffeine alone) because its offsetting the vasoconstriction caused by things like PEA, hordenine, or higenamine. Back to the bedroom -- again, I am not your doctor, but if you are sufficiently healthy and acclimated to an effective dose of yohimbine and/or rauwolscine (I typically consume 3-6 mg of yohimbine and 0.5-1mg of rauwolscine using a supplement not available on Amazon from AllMax) and combine that with L-citrulline, agmatine, and beta alanine, 30 minutes before sex, you will probably be very impressed.

Greater than one weekTheres nothing I dont like about this! Citrulline is sold by itself or often with malate, which is an energy co-factor. Citrulline is the best way to get arginine into your system; far better than taking arginine by itself. Citrulline is converted by the kidneys into arginine, and when taken in conjunction with pycnogenol, is a very potent blood flow precipitator. Whether you are doing that for cardio-vascular health, to handle spider and varicose veins, for nitric oxide production and endothelial dilation or other purposes, Bulk Supplements powder allows you to determine your own levels. The powder is a bit bitter but in warm water (not hot) it goes down easy. Or you can put it in a smoothie. I take it daily with pycnogenol for my own reasons. BulkSupplements is a great company to work with, never any problems ordering, speedy delivery and they deliver what you ordered.
