> 3 dayThis stuff definitely works as a vasodilator and is the must-have foundation of any pre-workout in my opinion. I typically take it first thing in the morning whether or not Im working out and believe it has significant effects on recovery from exercise and gets you kick-started to get on with your day. Then before exercise, I almost always take the same 3 gram dose. I use 3g on an empty stomach mixed in a custom pre-workout, or with the occasional pre-made PWO that I try. Most pre-workouts have an insignificant amount of this if any, so I stack it with almost everything I buy, and prefer to make my own pre-workout from scratch using this, agmatine, and beta alanine as a base. 3g truly is the effective dose for most people (I weigh 217) and typically to get that amount from a pre-workout mix, youll have to consume an undesirable number of scoops, including artificial colors, sucralose, and excessive stimulants. And men, even if you have no problems whatsoever downstairs, it has a noticeable effect on sexual performance, period, it is noticeable for sure and has been studied in comparison to Viagra with encouraging results. The simplest thing a man will notice 30 minutes after taking 3 grams of this is that when you urinate, your stream is huge and powerful because your tissue is significantly plumped up with blood, even in a flaccid state. Sensitivity is increased but control also seems to increase, possibly because pelvic floor and basically all other muscles are full of blood and performing optimally. I am confident this effect would be beneficial to women as well, whether due to their use of the product to increase their own blood flow, or due to their male partners use. As mentioned, its extremely unlikely that your pre-workout mix of choice has an effective 3g dose of citrulline in a reasonable number of scoops. This is better than arginine because its more bioavailable, and more rapidly assimilated via the kidneys, so you end up with a more significant amount of arginine in your tissues, and experience better vasodilation. Beyond citrulline (3g), agmatine (1-2g), beta-alanine (2-3g) and creatine (5g), I use caffeine and occasionally other stimulants in my pre-workout; my main combinations are: 1. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + hordenine + PEA 2. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + higenamine 3. (caffeine or caffeine citrate or teacrine) + yohimbine (this causes intense vasodilation and pounding heart rate, best for interval training, essential in an intermittent fasted state in the AM with BCAAs, maybe 2 times a week, tops under exercise, watch your heart rate and back off for 2-3 minutes when it tops out) Your results may vary, I am not your doctor, dont kill yourself if youre out of shape and/or have family history of or existing high blood pressure, etc...I provide no stimulant dosing information because its a personal risk you take and Im not as confident throwing numbers around as I am for amino acids and creatine, but heres my point in bringing it up: L-citrulline seems to really take the negative edge off of stimulants in a pre-workout supplement, especially those that can raise blood pressure (not caffeine alone) because its offsetting the vasoconstriction caused by things like PEA, hordenine, or higenamine. Back to the bedroom -- again, I am not your doctor, but if you are sufficiently healthy and acclimated to an effective dose of yohimbine and/or rauwolscine (I typically consume 3-6 mg of yohimbine and 0.5-1mg of rauwolscine using a supplement not available on Amazon from AllMax) and combine that with L-citrulline, agmatine, and beta alanine, 30 minutes before sex, you will probably be very impressed.

> 3 dayI received my order quickly and they even sent me a free sample offer of other products of my choice. I started taking it because L-Arginine really can upset your stomach and liver in supplement form. However, you can take L-citrulline which then converts to L-arginine directly in the bloodstream. I can take larger doses with absolutely no side-effects. I took it for better heart health, protein synthesis and stamina while doing cardio and weight lifting. On the third or fourth day of taking it, I noticed my breathing was much easier. It was almost like I was getting more oxygen. I assume this is from the blood vessel dilation. I was also able to do cardio with more intensity without getting winded. I did not notice a boost while doing weights but the studies imply that it lets you do weights longer. I did not test this theory. Some sites promote L-citrulline for erectile disfunction. I do not have that but I did notice a difference in that area. I am not saying anything got bigger or harder but my walking around size seemed greatly affected. I assume that is from the increased blood flow as well. If you did have erectile dysfunction, I think it may have benefits. The taste is not horrible or good. It is a little metallic-ish. Just mix it with a drink and you will be fine. It takes about 10 seconds to dissolve when stirring. The packaging is good but I had an issue with it resealing well. I just started using a clip on the top instead. It could just be a one time thing. Anywho... I will probably buy this again and from Bulk Supplements since I actually had noticeable positive effects and no negative effects when taking the product.

> 3 dayMy wife, now in her 80s has been experiencing restricted blood flow resulting in fatigue and breathlessness. She uses Bulk Supplements citrulline powder and arginine powder stirred into juice to increase blood flow and she says it helps a lot. She has also realized that good hydration is very important and possibly the greatest factor in promoting improved blood circulation. A;so, using a good grade of electrolyte drink, plus vegetable and fruit juices has been very helpful to her in reducing heart arrhythmia.

> 3 dayI ordered this product a few months ago to add to my current pre-workout I take since many Pre-Workout Products on the market lack sufficient amounts of L-CItruline in their formula which is frustrating. I have used this product for a month and have really enjoyed the effects it has on my workouts. There is no flavour and it mixes easily. I really enjoy it. Unfortunately, I realized that the bottom of the back must have somehow got some moisture or water in it maybe during the delivery or shipping so about 1/3 of the bag at the bottom is now a big solid rock that I cant use which really sucks. I didnt realize this until recently when i went to take a scoop so I recommend that people who buy this product do a quick sift through the entire bag to make sure there arent any leaks or lumps of L-Citruline. Its too bad because I really like the product. Hopefully next time If i decide to buy it again there wont be any moisture leaks in the bag! Without that issue, it is a good product so I am attempting to salvage the usuable portion of what is left of the L-Cirtuline.

> 3 dayEDIT one month later:this is by far my favorite supplement from bulk next to their creatine and AAKG. after using it for a month now my veins are pumped up and ready to go at the gym.to me the cirulline is almost tasteless. but i mask it with OJ or grape juice. the product says i can take it twice a day but i find that using it once a day is enough for me. im energetic all day with no crash. lastly, because bulk sends free samples i was able to try their other products as well and they are all fine products. at first i thought all the 5 star reviews were false or paid for but their products have proven me wrong. 5 stars all the way for quality of products and customer service. would highly recommend if trying to get in to shape or if you are like me and chase the pump. the L-citrulline base is best for me. hope this helps. one year later: my go to supp for pretty much everyday life... works all to well and has not lost efficacy one year later

> 3 dayThe 1 kg zip-lock bag of BulkSupplements Pure L-Citrulline Powder arrived intact very soon after ordering. Its a clean, pure white powder which dissolves quickly w/ no lumps. Its almost tasteless. Im taking it as a vasodilator to improve blood circulation. Its looked to me to be less expensive from Amazon than elsewhere. In the past Ive used l-arginine for many continuous months, noting a slight improvement in general energy levels & better circulation, as evidenced by faster healing of cuts & bruises. But Im reading lately that as an l-arginine precursor, l-citrulline actually gets more l-arginine into blood circulation than taking l-arginine directly d/t the digestive system diminishing l-arginine availability. L-arginine then goes on to stimulate an increase in Nitrous Oxide (NO), which then positively effects vascular walls to enhance blood circulation. So Im trying l-citrulline now to get more l-arginine into circulation. I know. Sounds ironic, doesnt it. But read up on it yourself, as I did.

> 3 day--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW TO FIX ISSUES WITH THE BAG NOT SEALING PROPERLY --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First off, let me start with this little tip that will save you from the potential headache of the zipper on the bag not sealing properly. When the bags are filled, they are not sealed off by using the zipper, and instead the top of the bag is sealed instead. This leads to the product moving around in the bag during shipping and handling, which ultimately leads to it getting in the zipper tracks. The simple solution is once you open up the bag for the first time, take a toothpick and use the tip to clean out the inside of the tracks, as well as the outside of the single track. Once you do this, you will find that it is much easier to get the zipper to work, and that it provides a great seal. ----------------------- Product Review ----------------------- Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product. The quality seems on par or higher than other brands that I have tried, and you simply cannot beat the price, or the fact that there are zero fillers. I have been using the product as a part of my Pre-Workout stack for its health benefits, as can be found on examine.com: [...] ■ Orange Juice - 8 oz ★ Creatine HCL - 4000 mg ★ L-Arginine - 1500 mg ★ L-Citrulline - 3000 mg ★ D-Aspartic Acid - 3500 mg ★ DHEA - 50 mg ★ Spirulina - 4500 mg ● Indole-3-Carbinol - 1 Pill ● Super B Complex - 1 Pill ● Vitamin D3 - 1 Pill ● Caffeine - 200 mg - 1 Pill This product has made a huge difference in my workouts since I seem to recover quicker, and I dont experience the soreness that I used to. With the added health benefits, plus the amazing pump that I get when combining this with L-Arginine, it is a for sure winner in my book.

> 3 dayIve been buying a 1kg bag monthly for a year or so. Until two or three months ago, I had no complaints. Product was powdery, with the occasional lump that was easily broken up. The last few shipments, however, really changed. Probably 1/4 to 1/3 of the product is now in lumps. Hard, solid dense lumps, that are difficult to break up for capsulization. I know its not me, because I keep baggies of dessicant in the package, plus its obvious at initial opening. The first time, I thought it was a fluke and bought a sieve, thinking it was a one-off. However, now that its continuing, I am becoming increasingly concerned about the quality of the product, and the conditions its being stored under. I plan to find another supplier if this situation isnt resolved soon.

> 3 daySimple, works. Take a scoop mixed with some other stuff like beta-Alaine and creatine before going to the gym. Im about over w/ pre-workouts, they are getting way to expensive. Keep in mind it helps w/ blood flow fellas.
