> 24 hourI read the reviews and this is everything I expected and more. It’s really, really quiet which I love. The only draw back is it’s not on wheels and is very heavy to move a round. Other than that it’s a fabulous buy.

> 24 hourThis compressor is very quiet and actually is not that big. It makes plenty of air for my needs including blowing up tires, some air tools and air brushing. I did not want a large bulky and noisy compressor and this one is just right. I am sure it would easily run air nailers, pop rivet guns, air operated grease gun and other small volume air tools.

> 24 hourDefinitely a quiet compressor vs similar pancake kinds. I’m amazed. I leave mine on all the time because when it turns on, the noise is more of a slight nuisance than something I can’t even think when louder compressors kick on.

> 24 hourThis air compressor is quiet and easy to use. The packaging is TERRIBLE! No arrows on box to indicate which side is up. Unit was obviously dropped HARD upside down. Received with a bent handle. The motor mounts were also bent. These I was able to straighten out. Also the air filter was SEVERELY damaged (crushed) by the movement of the compressor within the carton. A replacement is coming. In spite of the shipping damage the compressor works great.

> 24 hourSooooo quiet. Impressive. Love it. My neighbors is loud even at 500 feet away. This one is high quality, does the job and without the irritating noise levels the others produce. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourSuper quiet and comes up to pressure fast, no need to leave it on and under pressure. Used it for 16 ga. brad nailer and it worked great. I havent used it with the framing nailer yet but I feel there shouldnt be any problems, however because of the small storage tank it might not keep up with rapid bump nailing. I have a larger air compressor that was outside under cover but now that we moved its in the garage/shop and scares the crap out of me when it starts. So rather than moving it to the garden shed and running a airline 75 ft. to the garage I bought this little fellow and it saved me a bunch of work and I have no complaints as of this review. I can easily take the compressor into the house to nail molding without having to fill a air tank like I did with the larger compressor.

> 24 hourMy compressor arrived on time and in good condition. I’m pleased with the overall construction and fits nicely under my work bench. The unit is very quiet as advertised. I use it primarily for servicing my automotive and utility vehicle tires to witch it is we’ll suited. Overall I feel it’s a good value for the money.

> 24 hourThe 4710SQ is fantastic. Ive owned many air compressors over the years including large units-and this one is the best. It is small enough to stash on a shelf but has the duty cycle and throughput of many big units that are 5-10 ties the size and cost. I was a bit skeptical about the quitness claims-and figured the unit would need a sound enclosure like every other compressor Ive had. But the claims of quite are true. You can see from the picture that the unit is out in the open and needs no sound enclosure. I have the unit on a remote control so that I can turn it on and off without using the switch on the unit-but have to leave a note on the door to remind myself to turn it off when I leave---it is so quiet I forget it is in the room. Specs-wise, it is everything that the specs claim. My old compressor would trip the breaker if other tools were on because of initial current draw-this unit starts by brining the current up slowly with no step function of draw so the breaker trip problem is gone. ALso, the regulator actually works and I can properly control pressure into my tools.
