Got this for my big rig, some times you just cant get to the next bathroom easily. Wife travels with me, so mainly for her. The bucket is used as a trash can with a hefty bag and we put double bags in the bucket. If you have to go poo we take out the top trash bag with the trash, snap on the toilet ram and use the other one then dispose of it pretty soon. Hefty bags with febreeze work pretty well and seem to be water tight. Tends to be smelly till you get the bag cinched up. Not good for guys, no place for your junk, have to use a urinal with it, but works in a pinch.

Omg! This was great for camping on the cabin, especially during the night! Need another one!

Camping alone in a tent with my dogs meant that I would not be able to get up during the night to pee in the bushes. They would have started whining if I left the tent. So I ordered this toilet. I saw a video on a van life site in which the people used this toilet. They suggested putting it in a milk crate. That was the perfect solution for the toilet being kind of tippy. Also the bags that come with this toilet are very inventive and I felt very secure in closing them up. I was not at worried about it leaking. One suggestion I have, that I wish someone had told me. Do not let the toilet sit in the tent in the hot sun!

I knew I was paying more for a basic 5 gallon bucket because its meant for camping hygiene use, so I expected the construction to be sturdier and thus worth the extra price. But the swivel rod on the back of the lid looks like it will break if this thing is used too often. Unfortunately, mfrs indulge in this kind of planned obsolescence all too frequently. How much would it affect the bottom line if that crucial part was made of thicker, sturdier plastic, or even metal? I suppose the 3 included, specialized bags of human kitty litter add to its value and price-point, but I see similar bags selling for a few bucks each in bulk. This will fulfill my intended purpose of using it in a blackout that doesnt last more than a few days. I dont see it as a more long-term solution and, before I use it even once (if necessary!) I will be busting out the duck tape trying to extend its life beyond a few cycles. Still, it does fulfill a temporary need that, most of the time, we dont think about. Its just disappointing to find out that it wasnt made with the intention of lasting longer.

This is really just a home Depot Homer bucket with a seat top which actually I found you can purchase separately but by the time you put all the prices together it was just as cheap to purchase this from Amazon It really just is the plastic bucket we are all familiar with and certainly would be good in emergencies. In order for this to work properly, you do need to have disposal bags which makes cleanup easy and then youre not going directly into the bucket itself Its not very sturdy but again these types of buckets can last a long time

Ive used Reliance Double Doodie bags and Trail Essentials bags for my Luggable Loo, and these bags are as good or better than the Reliance Bags (at a much better price point) and are superior in performance to Trail Essentials. The ziploc bag that the gel powder-filled bag goes into is wider and that means the business bag can spread out in the bucket better so the sittee doesnt feel like theyre going in a funnel. (The Trail Essentials ziplocks are very narrow.) Ive not noticed any leaking with these bags ..,. I honestly cant tell the difference between these and Double Doodie except for the excellent price. Highly recommend. Ill probably continue using and buying all three brands because everyone is after them for their pandemic potty needs ... but I will always choose these first if available.

they are greater than we expected but........................... the zip closing is hard to do. But do not let that stop you from buying. we drive a semi truck part time and these are a life saver. we do not fear any mess and plenty of bag to fold over the 5 gallon bucket while using. if you take time you can get the zipper closed but often we do not. just throw them away at rest stop or other. Will not try others, dont fix something that is not broke.

Yo! There is a song in New Orleans, part of it says, There aint no place to pee on Mardi Gras Day! This coupled with the Pottty pop up tent in green absolutely solves that problem. If you need a potty for ANY reason this is the way to go. I saw HUNDREDS of these on the parade routes this year. I bought it for camping on my property but have found it to be useful all over.

I have used these bags for the past few years on camping trips. The double bag design works well. Waste bag seals easily and most importantly doesnt leak.
