So this charger was purchased for my ipad 12.9 pro. The charger I had previously would take a full 8 hours to charge it and you could never charge it while using. So I bought this thinking it would charge faster. It wont even charge while plugged directly into the ipad. I do have a audio/power dual input cable so you can listed to headphones and charge it at at same time for the ipad and plugged it in that. It got very hot but charged in like a hour. It will charge our phones pretty fast also. I wont be using this charger for the ipad, it is obviously not compatible. But I am going to see about the nintendo switch. I bought 3 chargers because they were such a good deal. I not only have found them useful even though it doesnt work on the one device.

Just as described - powers up the pi and doesnt get hot.

The official Rpi power supply was out of stock. Took a chance on this one after good experiences with other Canakit products. Works perfectly.

This Raspberry Pi Class C charger works as described. It is value for money.

I ordered this to power my mega engine… all games are super choppy. Not enough power.

I started off with my Pi 4 using standard USB charger ports. I didn’t realize it ,but the unit was power starved and throwing errors I didn’t see. With this it is a whole new Pi.
