Ive bought several of these pads, now, in various sizes. I like the heavy paper for ink and pencil sketches, to which I sometimes add tint (watercolor pens) or color (acrylic). Its not like painting on canvas, but its sturdy enough to work on and if you give away your work, it has a nice quality feel.

Very nice pad, high quality paper. Ive used it for several different mediums & it worked well w/ all.

Absolutely love this Acrylic Pad and its texture. Glad I was able to get this to practice on as I learn to paint.

Upon taking this out of the box, I saw that the paper was not bound to the cover. It was falling apart in two places. I was disappointed bc this was supposed to be a gift and I thought that the paper would be bound to the cover so that all the paintings could be kept together.
