> 24 hourThis is a must have for taking car seats onto planes. Without this device, I wouldn’t have had enough body parts to carry a baby on my back and to roll around a carryon with a car seat and a diaper bag attached while showing the gate attendant two boarding passes. You could technically put the baby in the car seat while you lug it around, but you have to unattached it when you go through TSA and the plane rows are a bit narrow to maneuver with a baby in it. You could make a contraption with a couple of O rings, but it was just easier for me to buy it since it wasn’t too expensive. The only complaint? I had was that it was orange and not yellow as in the picture. No big deal. Got the job done.

> 24 hourIf you’re wondering “How am I going to travel with all of this kid stuff?!” this is how. We used this in addition to a stroller/car seat check-in bag and alternated as needed for the car seat. It was a life-saver through the airports and didn’t take up much space at all in our bags. If you hope to use a car seat on the plane and if your little one is too old for the stroller/car seat combo, this is for you. Get it!

> 24 hourI used this to strap a Safety 1st Grow and Go carseat to a large roller suitcase. It definitely simplified travel alone with a toddler. The strap seemed sturdy enough. However, it barely made it around my suitcase (I think its a 27). Additionally, it was hard to tighten once the strap was fastened, though Im not sure how the manufacturer could modify it to make this easier. My biggest complaint is that it was hard not to drag my carseat along the ground, because I couldnt get the strap tight enough to keep the car seat elevated. We made it through the airport (x2), but I worry that with repeated use, the bottom of the carseat will be damaged from dragging along the floor and ground when walking to car rental areas. I will have to try to come up with a solution, maybe using bungee cords to keep the car seat from dragging. I also do not think this would work well with a smaller suitcase.

> 24 hourSimple belts/straps with buckles. Center of strap has a hook that you attach the back strap of your car seat to. You then pull down and it lifts the car seat up in front of the luggage. Buckle it, tighten and you’re good to go. It’s a simple mechanism but was SUCH a lifesaver going through one airport into another. It of course has to be detached to go through security and then again at the gate but it’s so worth the 2/3 min it takes to strap these down. You can even lift it high enough to just push your 4 wheeled luggage and it not touch the ground. We had a 4 wheeled luggage and also a 2 wheeler that was pulled at the angle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

> 24 hourIf you’re traveling with little one that still need a car seat to travel in, then this is a must have definitely saved us money and time. It’s not bulky and I kept them in my luggage (bought 2). We strapped the the car seat to the luggage and were off to our fight.

> 24 hourI have a Graco 4ever convertible car seat. If youre not familiar, its a BIG and HEAVY car seat with 2 cup holders! I used this for walking around the airport since we were using the car seat on the plane. It was great! Very simple to put together, but definitely practice several times before you leave for the airport. You have to separate the luggage and car seat when you go through security, and then quickly out your stuff together to get out of the way. Overall, very useful and I dont know HOW we would have managed to walk through the airport with a toddler and all our stuff had it not been for this strap. Its worth the money. Due to the size of our car seat, once we got on the plane, we couldnt just walk down the aisle to our seats. We had to quickly separate the luggage from the car seat and then carry the car seat down the aisle. This is why isnt important to practice put the strap on and taking it off quickly. The other passengers were nice enough to help us out but dont expect that people will carry your stuff for you. The strap will help you lug your car seat around, but it may be difficult once you get on the plane.

> 24 hourI really loved this product! It made traveling easy with the car seat. It fit perfectly around my luggage but The piece that snaps together to secure the strap broke after few uses in the airport, when I went to snap it in after getting my luggage, it snapped one of the connectors off. Overvall its not sturdy enough for long term use !

> 24 hourI used this strap to secure TWO car seats to an umbrella stroller (I had a cheap $20 umbrella stroller from Babies-R-Us that is about 4 years old). Our travel car seats are the Cosco Scenera NEXT Convertible Car Seat and the Cosco Finale 2-in-1 Booster Car Seat. They are lightweight seats so I was able to stack them in the umbrella stroller, use this strap to secure them, and then push the car seats through the airport using the stroller. I was even able to secure my 2.5 year toddler in to the convertible car seat while everything was strapped to the stroller. I cannot recommend this strap enough; it is such a hassle to take car seats through airports but this made it about a million times easier than prior trips.

> 24 hourThe first time we traveled with our son we lugged the seat on our back. We have 2 kids now and this was a last minute purchase and God send!! Could not have been happier to have this. We were able to strap him in and wheel him through (although they indicate it isn’t not meant to do so) it held well. My husband said if anything it was the handle of his suitcase he was worried about giving with the weight. (35lb 3 yo) He used his car seat on the plane, it is a pain to strap in but SO worth it IMO.
