We wanted something to protect our son from the bricks on our fireplace that didn’t look ridiculous. My husband found this product and it’s exactly what we were looking for. It’s a nice foam with adhesive on the back. You can purchase different colors. The only issue with the install is that you have to cut the foam and it’s kind of hard to cut it straight because it’s squishy. My husband found it easier to cut from the outside than the inside. Overall it came out great and we would recommend this product to anyone.

This was just what we needed! Hopefully this will prevent any bumps to our new crawler. It was easy to cut and adhered well. The hearth has a bumpy edge so we were unsure if it would work but it seems very secure. Great purchase!

We are watching our granddaughter who is now 15 months old. We have been worrying even before she walked about how to make the fireplace hearth as safe as possible. This product did the trick. It was so easy to install and blends into the brick hearth. I love that it is made from a nonflammable material which allows us to continue to use the fireplace. I would recommend this product.

Needed something to cover up the sharp edges on the stone hearth on my fireplace to protect my granddaughter who is starting to crawl and will be walking around in the very near future. I did a lot of research and this item seemed to fit the bill. I have to say it really is nicely built. Very thick, offers great protection, adheres well and is not unattractive to look at. Im very pleased with this purchase and the protection it offers for my granddaughter.

We used this item as a baby safety feature. It’s thick and cushy however all the pieces are single separate pieces that you size to your fireplace area. It is not one large piece as the picture shows. You can def see it’s seperate pieces once applied.

We love it, fits perfectly and easy to cut (used a bread knife). We only use our gate when s fire is going.
