Greater than one weekGreat bedding/litter and have been buying it for our wabbit since owning him/her. I use it in the litter box and it does all what it says it does. Have bought only Carefresh and will continue to only buy Carefresh as long as Patches is with us. I prefer the Natural instead of the white or multi-color stuff.

> 3 dayGreat bedding! I am using it for my pet rabbit and this 30L package lasts forever ! I put this bedding in a corner of my bunnys cage and he goes potty there and it never smells. Its great at absorbing smells. Very satisfied and will be ordering it again, since the price and quality is amazing ! Thanks

06-06-2025This is a very economical option, but I noticed that my daughters hamster is covered in little lint fibers some of which could probably get into his eyes and cause actual harm. Im not looking to have to take a hamster to the vet for an eye infection. This really never occurred to me as something I should be considering when buying bedding, but its a concern now. Even though Kaytee is more expensive, I think its a better option being that they have 99.9% lint-free bedding.

Greater than one weekIve ordered this a couple of times recently and am not sure which I am reviewing here. I do want to make a distinction. One time - and perhaps I ordered some similar Carefresh product and didnt notice the difference - I received a bag of white bedding. The next time I was careful and got the usual grayish-tannish product. Both were of top quality. The only issue I had with the white bedding was that it was unfamiliar to my guinea pig, and at first she was afraid of it. A couple of days of blending a little of the gray-brown bedding I had left with the white, and she gradually settled down. There was nothing wrong with the white other than a skittish guinea pig. Both products are excellent and the only bedding I will buy.

> 3 daythe product is okay. the advertisement listing it as being 60L is false advertising. you cant list it as 60L and then say that that is what it expands to. Im disgusted by this. Sad that a consumer has to read every word. I bought this because it was cheaper than a product at Wal Mart. Now seeing that it is actually more like a 25L pakcage, that savings drops away. Even more false advertising: The bag says on its cover that it expands 2x. And right on the same cover it says it is 25.7L and will expand to 60L. It also says its made in America. Well, everybody I know in America knows that 25.7 x 2 = 51.4 and NOT 60. And thats their own dang product label. What else are they dishonest about? .

> 3 dayThis bedding seems to absorb smells a lot better than other brands. I’ve been very happy with this product for my chinchilla. It absorbs liquid really well also. My chinchilla seems please.
