Carhartt Kids Acrylic Watch Hat

17-11-2024I was driving home one night mid winter and out of the corner of my eye saw motion. It was a mother and her two young kids all wearing black from head to toe. I didnt notice them until they were 5 feet from me and thankfully on the sidewalk. I started thinking about my two year old and didnt want to make the same error in judgment, but also didnt want to be that parent with the safety vest and leash. I bought one of these hats in bright orange. The kid loves the color and you can see him from across a large parking lot. Its your standard Carhartt quality, so he will grow out of it long before it can wear out, and its really warm. I definitely recommend these and suggest the brightest color you can find. Take a wild guess which child is mine on that train.

> 3 dayGot it for my 6month old and even tho it was alittle big on her. She still was able to wear it and it’s warm for NYC cold weather. Only issue was I washed it when we first got it and it looked frail and old when it come out of the wash. Not super noticeable so didn’t return. But a carhartt fan so super glad my daughter gets to enjoy the brand too. Would buy again but maybe would wash by hand this time.

> 3 dayYouth size fit my 2 year old perfect! Toddler sized hat is more like baby sized hat. So the sizing is a bit off.

Greater than one weekI purchased two of these for Halloween, one for my son and one for myself. Our son is 16 months now and it fits him great with room to grow. It also fits me (33 year old average size woman). Daddy has quite a large head so he would need an adult size lol

> 3 dayThis would happen to be the best hat that I’ve ever bought for my girls I bought one in pink and one in beige. It’s gotten to the point where they don’t care if we’re leaving the house and that they walk up to me with a hat and hand trying to have me put it on their heads.

> 3 dayI have the hardest time finding hats to fit my (nearly) 3 year old little girl. She has always had a pretty large noggin for her age. This hat is perfect! Cute but simple, a very pretty purplish/pinkish color. It stretches to fit her head perfectly but the material doesnt stretch out, which is a huge plus!! Cotton type of material. I havent washed it yet but I dont expect it to shrink (Id recommend lying flat to dry after a gentle cycle.) My daughter tends to get overheated, even in the winter time when the temperature dips down to -20° or below. Its only the beginning of November so we havent tested it in the freezing cold weather yet but Im pretty confident that this hat will do the trick. Exceptional quality, as I expect most Carhartt products are. Should last for at least a couple of winter seasons. Awesome price! Highly recommend!
