It worked fine for a couple of months, then suddenly stopped working despite green lights indicating supply side electricity was ok, but no voltage flowing out.

I’ve had it for a short while but it’s done the job. My friend wanted to have me check his 30 amp rv receptacle he had just wired up and so I plugged in this surge protector. He had not done a good job so we are going to reword the receptacle.
