> 24 hourIve purchased this 1 pound yarn twice now and I love it so much. Ive made a scarf and Im working on a blanket. It is soooooo soft and a beautiful shade of gray

> 24 hourIt could be softer. Dont anticipate something as soft as Caron simply soft or even for this grey to be as soft as other colors (Im comparing to the yellow Caron one pound I purchased). That said, for the price it is a solid choice that I have purchased multiple times and am intending to purchase again. I did find this yarn softer than Lions brand the big one (which i purchased in the succulent color).

> 24 hourGreat for blankets! It feels a bit scratchy while knitting, but softens right up after a run through the washer.

> 24 hourI wish I knew that this yarn existed a few years ago when I first started crocheting. This is so worth the value!!! I will only use this from now on.

> 24 hourIve never had an issue with this brand before, but for whatever reason, my last purchase smelled like a dorm bathroom. Ive let them air out for a few weeks now and the smell seems to have dissipated and is barely present now. In a time crunch, you might have to wash the skein or use a gentle contact freshener. This was the first time Ive run into this issue and the smell wasnt present on the other colors I purchased. Generally speaking, I prefer Caron yarns to Red Heart because you can buy larger skeins for big projects (no tying necessary) and I find it to be slightly softer in comparison as well.
