> 3 dayI read that a CAT 8 would be over kill for a home set up but I love it with myself gaming as well as my husband and my kids using their electronics. It’s a great length as well.

> 3 dayThis cable is just what I needed. I needed a cable thar was long enough to run from my router on one side of my room to my Docking station that was on the other side of the room. Ive been using the cable for a week now and running speed tests on different sites and receiving the same results. I love this cable and would recommend this cable to anyone who is looking to update their speed and not use wifi. I did not use the hooks and nails that came with the package.

> 3 dayThis was used to run a direct line from my router in the hallway under the carpet and into my office. So far after using for awhile not only are our speeds fast but a visual inspection of the cable under the carpet appears that it is holding up quite well. Its flexible enough too that its not a pain to work with. Id defintely recommend.

> 3 dayI have a Google Chromecast located on a TV far enough from the WiFi router that it glitches on 4K streaming content sometimes, so when I saw this, I decided to wire it up to ethernet. It solved my issues. It is an old-school round cable, not flat, but its not so stiff that you cant maneuver it around furniture and obstacles. I have it running under an area rug to get across a hallway, and although you can slightly feel it under the rug, it feels like it wont wear through, and so far there have been no issues. Even though I didnt have to go too far, the 50 foot length gave me enough length to go behind couches, along floors, etc. with not too much left over. The connectors themselves are high-quality as well. I would highly recommend this if you dont mind the round cable style as opposed to flat.

> 3 dayIt’s a heavy-duty cable, and far as it is working…. It works, no problem with the connection and feed. This product is as the vendor describes.

> 3 dayWith faster and faster wifi speeds, cable runs seem to be forgotten about. When you are dealing with a gaming PC or modem to router, cable is a must. This Cat8 is sturdy with the thicker shielding which allows for the faster transmission speeds.

> 3 dayThis cable is very substantial. So many network cables are pretty thin these days which I personally don’t like. I want something that can take some wear and tear and this does just that. The speed and performance are great and would purchase again.

> 3 dayVery heavy-duty cable that can be buried. Includes some nail-in wall clips to help manage routing.

> 3 dayI’m using this cable to connect my router in our living room to the entertainment center at the other end of the house. I’m running it through the floor, across the ceiling of the basement, into a crawl space, through the floor again. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a handful of single-nail cable straps! The tab on one of the ends isn’t quite as springy as I’d like, which means I have to pull it out a bit sometimes to get the “click” when plugging it in. But it’s possible I was too rough on it while pushing it through the holes in the floor, so can’t really say if that’sa sturdiness problem. It has been in place for over a week now, and it’s working well. This length was just right for my need.

> 3 dayI ordered this to only discover that my laptop does not have an ethernet port and neither does the dock, so I have had to order a USB to ethernet converter.
