Love thus and vest way to charge. I hated that shirt cord that was supplied.

I have only had it for a couple of weeks, and it is working great.

It made it past the 30 day return window but died 5 months later. Be aware there is no warranty information and been unable to contact company. For troubleshooting, I replaced the charging brick with a known working one, still will not charge. Cleaned all contacts and checked watch. It is a bummer because I love the solid base.

Item works as described

It charges my device. Is pretty sturdy and is much better than what comes with the fitbit versa 3 for charging. So far Im satisfied.

Belt mate can be improved and in general, the delivery time is becoming way too long

Its easy to plug into a fast charger that accommodates a USB connection. I was hoping to get rid of the low power slow charging indicator that appears on the phone, but that still happens. I tried several different outlets and still have that problem. However, the stand does charge better than just a cord so its worth buying this charger.
