Used this in France (Paris) as well as throughout Italy and it worked great on laptops and phones. Charged multiple devices at same time. Very satisfied.

Fits perfectly. USB charging works good. Definitely need this if traveling to Italy.

Very solid product and easy to use.

This product worked perfectly for all of 2 days. Obviously I purchased it for the multiple plugs (the actual US outlet and the 2 USB ports) however after a couple of days in the foreign country I was traveling to, I noticed my phone (which I had plugged into one of the USB ports) wasn’t charging as well anymore. I thought maybe it was my phone, or the cord I was using. But then after another day or two, my friend who I was traveling and sharing this adapter with noticed her phone (which she tried plugging into a USB port ) also was not charging overnight. We tried multiple cords, and even outlets and finally realized while the main plug outlet was working, the two USB ports were no longer charging at all. Which, as we were out traveling all day and only back at our room overnight made it pretty difficult to charge both of our phones and our power bank overnight while trying to sleep. Why spend the money I did for an adapter than is supposed to have he capabilities but to charge multiple devices if 2 out of the 3 ports stop working. Should have just spent the money on a multipack of just outlet adapters.

Purchased this adapter for my trip to Warsaw. Love the plug and options with USB plugs. Highly recommended if your traveling to Poland
