It is awesome. Every quilter should have one. I put mine on a wooden spoon so it sits upright and works great.

This is an awesome little device that does not get lost easily when worn as a pendant. However THIS IS ON THE BAN LIST ON THE TSA WEB SITE. If you got away with taking it with you... Good on ya. But, it is banned and the can snatch it from you at any time, no matter if they let you bring it a week ago. Take your small scissors or a good, sharp pair of nail clippers youll be glad you did when its still there in your basket when you get home.

This is number 2 of these. I keep one tied to my embroidery hoop to always have on hand.

I bought this to wear at reenactments where modern day scissors just wouldnt work. I wear it around my neck, and I can hardly tell its there! It works wonderfully with both thick and thin yarn.

It is perfect for taking on a plane. It is also great for cutting threads close to fabric on quilt tops.

I bought one of these several years ago, and I dont know how I managed to lose it, but when you arent allowed to carry scissors or knives around in the workplace, this is perfect.
