Worked nicely on the metal walls of a cruise ship for extra hanging space. Kids would leave their lanyards there and we always knew where to find them. Seven kids, seven day cruise and only one sea pass was lost (in a public restroom). They are surprisingly strong, easily held a small purse or a swimsuit without sagging.

These magnets have some power to them. Their small but mighty! I use these to hang pocket charts in my classroom. They can hold quite a bit of weight to them. I also use these to hang rings of flash cards and anchor charts. Theyre easy to remove from one magnetic surface and move to another yet they never fall off the surface on which I have them. I would recommend these to any teacher. I can see using them in a home or an office to organize or to keep somethings accessible. You could hang a wall calendar from it either at home or at the office.They would also be useful for storing keys. I can imagine even using them on a washing machine to hang small items to dry. They work with the hook or you could just put a piece of paper behind it and use the magnet that way. Just writing about all these possibilities makes me want to buy another set or two.

Based on other reviews i bought these for my cruise since the cabin walls are metal and wanted to hang things from them. These hooks would not even hold my lanyard. When i tried to hang the lanyard or a necklace, the hooks would slide down. So i wasn’t able to use them at all.

These magnets are strong and attractive. I can hang charts from them or stick pictures on the board.

Very strong, and they are a pretty color. These could be used in several different ways. I use them to hold my pretty oven mitts on my fridge, which sits right next to my oven. My kitchen is pretty small so I have to be creative, and these are perfect for the job. Plus, there are plenty of them that I have a few left over for whatever else I come up with!
