It is exactly what it says works great for my canister filter

Its nice, everything is as expected. the only draw back is the carbon bags, the initial clean up takes lots and lots of water. but once you set them up in canister, the water will gets cleaned up in no time

Wash the pieces prior to putting in your tank... Rinse them very well or your tank will cloud up(just ask me)!! Bought sponge filters as well. Switching my filter to reusable filtration... To save on cost and convienence!

There were bits of trash I assume in all the baggies

Worked great cleaning our pond, although I think you are better of getting smaller bags and staggering them, only lasted about a month

Good media for the price.....! Can clean carbon for days though.....
