Excellent product. My only suggestion would be to put a rubber tip on the end instead of metal.

It is easily $120 less costly than ones had admired in Seattle shops. Did I mention competent, friendly post-sale customer service? I loved the look of this umbrella, but the silver piece at the top of the handle came off, the wooden stem began to splinter apart, the end of one of the ribs fell off, and now the latch wont stay closed at all. Almost every inch of this umbrella has fallen apart and its no longer usable. So disappointed. Such low quality.

This umbrella is beautiful. It is very sturdy. The handle and color are great.

I was so excited until i realized it was swaying. The fiberglass handle was frayed towards the handle and could easily snap. I hope the replacement does not disappoint like this one.
