Let’s just start by saying if you’re over 30 and you’ve pulled a muscle wiping your a$$ this is then product you need. We’ve replaced our toilet seat with ones that promise to “never shift” and “tight locking” and still as I wipe my a$$ I’ve thrown my back out because the seat shifted so much. NOT ANYMORE!!!! These things were so easy to install. And now I can wipe my a$$ without the fear of a pulled muscle. I will add we have a plastic seat if that helps anyone.

So far, these are amazing! I admit, I was reluctant at first due to some of the reviews. We recently replaced both toilets & no matter what we tried, we couldnt keep the seats from slipping. I installed these stabilizers about 2 weeks ago & everyone is much happier.

I installed these on my toilet seat some months ago and the seat is now stable and steady, even though the integrity of the seat hinges had already failed (likely due to certain of my physical characteristics which wont be detailed here). Not only do they work, the installation, while a little more involved than opening a can of beans, was still much easier than I expected. It was not necessary to remove the toilet seat, there is no measuring required, nor do you have to use templates. All you need are the two rubber bands which are included in the kit, along with a drill and screwdriver. I even wrote the company to complement them on the innovative installation method. PRO: - They work really well. - Installation is much simpler than I expected. CON: - Your own tools are required: a drill and Phillips screwdriver. - Likely wont work on thin seats or some novelty seats. TIP: - Be cautious with the drill so as not to push all the way through the seat.

It seems like a little unnecessary thing but it doe make a difference. IDK, maybe my toilet seat is low quality, but it was brand new when we moved in and i did not think it was a big deal to buy a more expensive one ( we used to have Toto seats in the previous house and never had this issue). We use a bidet attachment and it became quite disturbing to feel that the seat moves all the time. These little bumpers fixed the issue just great. The only downside was that they are not designed for regular plastic seats and the screw would penetrate the seat. I found a simple solution – a few layers on double sided tape between the seat and the bumpers.

I purchased them to protect my grandbaby from the several sharp edges around my home. They worked great.

No amount of tightening or reinstalling could help my toilet seat from shifting after you sit down it, so I bought these not sure what to expect from them. Now my toilet seat stays in place when in use. Very easy install if you have a drill. Very pleased with the end result.

I wondered why these were a subscription item. Make sure you have a 5/64 drill bit for pilot holes or youll be ordering another set like me. Because who doesnt have a 5/64 drill bit lying around? Its such a common size. :/ The screws are about as cheap as they come (probably zinc) and will strip out after a few turns. Im sure theyd be great if I could get them on the toilet seat. Good luck.

I am sooooo happy I purchased this. As a renter I was tired of constantly slipping on the toilet seat. After purchasing a new seat I realized the actual seat was not the problem. This creative invention solved my problem! No more slip and sliding! Easy install. I am also a special education teacher and if you have a child who like to slam the toilet seat or play w it. This will prevent that!

After moving into a new house, we replaced all toilet seats with brand new, higher quality seats. However, our guest toilet seat kept sliding no matter what we did (tightened bolts, got another new seat, etc.). These were EXACTLY what we needed and fixed the problem. I no longer have to worry about the seat sliding or moving while our guests (or us) use the restroom. So nice to mark one more thing of the ongoing to-do list that comes along with homeownership.
