***UPDATE*** THE SELLER CONTACTED ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND REPLACED THE DEFECTED PIECE OF LUGGAGE!! We have used the 2 smaller suitcases with no issues. The first time we used the large suitcase the seams with the zipper have started to separate from the suitcase!

I got this luggage and then our trip was canceled. So, I waited to write a review till I could use the luggage. I finally did and it does not stand up. On arrival I was happy with the luggage. Great look, wonderful color, lots of space, zippered divider, extended 2 year warranty, etc… Took it on a trip and found it doesn’t roll as well as my husbands (which is a different brand). His wheels also don’t stick out as much and are therefore less of a problem in overhead bins. I also think that contributes to it not wheeling as well and wanting to tip often when changing surfaces to leaning on two wheels and being pulled, instead of gliding along. The 2nd time I used the luggage the interior divider ripped below the zipper as I was zipping it. I’m not thrilled but, there is a 2 year warranty so I figured, not a big deal. It took me a bit to figure out how to contact them. Apparently it is all done through Amazon. For the rip in the lining (right below the zipper on the divider) they said that after “…Taking into account the long time and energy that it would take to process a return….” That I keep the product and they will give me a refund of $20 for the inconvenience. I let them know I don’t want $20, I want a fixed item. They wrote back and said after checking with a supervisor they can do $35 refund, but they only offer partial refunds for lining issues….. I’m not happy. Not with the product, the warranty or the customer service. Needless to say, I would not recommend and will be putting that partial refund towards a better quality of luggage from a different company. *****Update after the above review: After leaving a 1 star review Coollife called me and told me they they felt bad about the issue and wanted to offer me an additional $30 refund. I said okay, and then they told me I would need to delete my review or update it to 4-5 stars and then they would issue the refund. I politely told them that I would not delete or give them 4-5 stars for a $30 payment. I was then asked if I would update to 4-5 stars or delete my review for a new piece of luggage to replace the one that was damaged. I let them know I would delete my review but not upgrade their stars if they fixed it by replacing my 28” which is currently the problem. The man let me know they would send it as soon as I deleted it. I asked him to wait and took screenshots of my review before deleting it. I let them know I deleted it and then was informed that since I bought a set the luggage what they send will be different then what I bought since they will be sending one sold individually instead of in a set. I asked if it would be the same color at least and was told it will be similar. They then sent a link for me to choose. I bought a dark purple set. My options were: Caribbean blue, Charcoal, Radiant Pink, and Teal. None of which are even close to my color. I choose the Caribbean blue and will have a clashing set until I buy something else. I would say the replacement suitcase is a nicer piece than the set ones. More zippers inside the lining, a better lock, etc. However, I am upset that they didn’t tell me in advance and waited till I deleted my original review before giving me all the catch-22’s that I never would have agreed to. Also, I am upset that I had to fight with them to fix it in the first place. The set isnt bad for the price, but it wont last long term and isnt amazing. It is a middle of the road set where you get what you pay for.

They feel great and are easy to maneuver in any direction.

I like that I traveled internationally four times and the luggage is durable Only dislike is the carry on dont have much room unless your a light traveler. I will purchase again.

Okay, I have bought my family 3 sets of this luggage but I am the one who travels most often. The good: I would like to point out that the bags made it comfortably on and off many flights, in and out of cars, hotels, etc. without a problem. Luggage is easy to maneuver and glides like a dream on airport floors. At first glance, this felt as though it was cheap luggage but actually had been very durable until… The bad: the last time I traveled I realized that my midsized 24” bag had been damaged somewhere in transport and some point in time, and now unusable. As it was a wheel problem, the airline wouldn’t take a claim. As the largest one is too large for some flights or traveling needs, this is a big loss in my opinion. Now I’m worried for the rest of this luggage that I’ve purchased in the past year for my family. Honestly, I think it’s awesome that the wheel itself stayed on considering the damage around it. That’s a win for sure, but I won’t trust traveling with it again in its current or even ‘fixed’ state. Would I purchase again? I’m torn. Honestly it was great until it wasn’t.

I had to fly into the Salt Lake airport which has an extremely long walk from arrivals to baggage claim (like a mile!). Also, I am really short and so dealing with overhead compartments on planes is stressful for me. I wanted a suitcase that would make my airport experience better. I was able to pack everything I would need for a 10 day trip into the biggest suitcase, so I didn’t have to deal with a second one for carry on. The hard case was perfect for protecting what I had packed. The wheels rolled so smoothly, it was a breeze to maneuver the case in any direction or way that I wanted! And the color is pretty and easy to spot at baggage claim (I chose the blue) Very pleased!

UPDATE: They contacted me and resolved the issue, so I have updated my rating to 5 stars. Im honestly really irritated, I have never had any luggage of mine have a wheel break while traveling. And that is while using cheap luggage for years from Ross or Tj Maxx. I finally decided to get myself some cute, supposed to be durable luggage at the end of the summer and it broke with minimal use. I should have just stuck with the regular ugly stuff I had before, lol. I have no idea how to contact the company, if they can somehow fix this I will update my review.

These work well for travel. Glides smoothly on low carpet or hard floors.

We do a LOT of travel, by plane and ship, so our bags are handled by a lot of people who dont care if it gets there in one piece. And mine is ALWAYS chosen randomly by TSA - meaning your zippers are at risk. Hubby wasnt as pleased, since we have a room full of luggage. But I felt it was worth trying new since we lose a bag every few trips. These intrigued me for their covered corners, thats how they usually ruin our bags, crushing the corners. It works! Weve done 6 cross country flights, 4 more 2-4 hr flights, 1 flight to Dubai with a cruise that got cut off to South Africa for Covid and a flight home from there. But it was our last, 4 leg cross county flight that killed one of the bags. And it wasnt a corner. It was a zipper and wheel, which tells me the airline had some guilt. But I took pictures, sent them to Coolife and within HOURS got a response with choices I could make. I found those choices reasonable. Some might prefer that the replacement I chose be from the same set, which it is not. They dont break up the sets. It doesnt bother me. All in all, response time is fantastic. Choices given are very reasonable. Customer service reps are very helpful and polite. How could you go wrong? Plus I really like the looks of this set on the carousel...very easy to spot that pattern from others, even in the gray. Mine is the Darker Blue, his is the Reg Gray, which is really quite dark gray, hard to tell from some of the blacks on the carousel so the pattern is nice.

The set is light weight, sleek, and attractive looking HOWEVER after only owning the suitcase for 4 months the zippers are popping off. A suitcase is no good if internal and external zippers pop off. I’m hopeful this 2 year warranty will be of some benefit. Wanted to love this set! If this zippers stayed on and/or if I don’t have to give my first born to deal with the warranty I would be back to loving it. Good luck
