Well made and very durable. Have used it only twice but I cant really write a review in two years after I travel 4 or 5 more times. The luggage is very well made, easy to maneuver, and the wheels are very sturdy.

They are rugged and yet beautiful. The wheels and zipper are very easy to maneuver. The outside shell is hard and beautifully colored and shiny. The interior has lots of pockets for storage of smaller things. I really like them and would definitely buy them again

I got another set of these after my last were destroyed by the airlines. I had hoped after 5 years they were stronger but after 1 trip the medium size suitcase was once again dented and even has a hole in the exterior of the case. The large survived the airlines and the smallest never experiences the airline checked bag torture so it had held up so far.

Wonderful to use... the 4 wheels on luggage is the ONLY way to go... We bought two sets... first time out we took them to Italy... so happy with the product.So I finally had a chance to break this luggage set in for a trip out of the country. I only needed the larger case in this instance which gave me so much space that I think I packed extra stuff just because I could. The rollers made moving around incredibly easy and almost effortless.Wonderfull craftsmanship, very well designed,provides all sorts of pockets for organizing your wardrobe,plus excellent securing straps and zippered separators to keep garments unwrinkled. Its truly a luxury case.provides separate shoe bags,and used lingerie pouch. All in very good quality fabric well sewn and expensive zippers that glide and hold without pulling stitches of fabric or twisting teeth of zipper. Definitely a high quality product, strong easy wheels, and amazingly resilient finish on outer case, no scratches after traveling all over Europe and changing 6 airlines. So far I have used this for a trip through Ireland. It survived 6 flights, 2 train rides, cobble stone roads, and many taxis. It is not dirty or worn in the slightest. Fits perfectly in the overhead compartment. This luggage is great!. I wanted a carry-on that I could use for business and personal travel that would hold the things I need and be durable and mobile. I recently took a trip to Japan and had a suit, shoes, shirts, dress slacks underwear and tie packed. Youve got to know how to fold those things but everything fit and I love the bag. Were going to buy the next size up for our vacation trips. High quality and stylish!

I don’t like the lock place on the side that’s hard to lock & unlock by the buttons. It took a few tries before it is done. The combination numbers is hard to read due to the small size & need a flashlight or magnifying glass to see it especially at night or dark areas.

I bought this set for my daughter to take to Europe. However, I borrowed the carry-on to use on my honeymoon. Unfortunately, it was stolen and it as it turns out she is only able to take a carry-on to Europe. I would really like to be able to replace the stolen piece without having to buy a whole new set.

Bought this set in April 2021. The lock on the largest bag has stopped working. Can’t unlock it. One of the 2 prongs that lock it is stuck. Disappointed. Other than the lock not working anymore it was a good set of luggage

The photos speak for themselves. Two of the 3 suitcases had their wheels broken after just 1 domestic trip. However, I messaged Coolife through their website form, and after the prompt email communication, they issued a partial refund. They were very nice. Thus, 1 star for the luggage and 3 extra stars for the customer service (should always be praised so I don’t want to ruin their ratings :) Going on a hunt for a new luggage though
