> 3 dayHello, I used all the 3 suitcases during my recent international trip. These were light weight, easy to maneuver and withstood the brunt of 7 different airlines and were handled 14 times at airports (Loading & Unloading). I would have given 5 stars, because of a partial break of 28 inches wheel, rating it as 4 overall. But the best part is the seller was able to fix the problem very quickly to my satisfaction. I would recommend this product to my friends and family. Happy Travels everyone! Thank you!

> 3 dayI’ve never updated a review, but I just had to for this luggage set. I have now had this set for almost 3 years. I have checked this luggage many times with absolutely no issues. And I have literally lived out of them for the last 7 months while I’ve traveled the eastern US (9,000 miles and 24 states). Again, absolutely no issues. With the exception of a few scratches, they look just as good as the day I bought them. I have also packed them to overflowing and the zippers have held strong. I have used the carry on and the medium bags almost exclusively. The large bag is just too heavy when full for me to heave in and out of my car and into hotels. I have more than gotten my monies worth from this set. When this set gives out and I finally have to purchase a new set, the decision will be easy, as I will buy another set of these in a heartbeat. I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this set of luggage. I had searched reviews for weeks looking for a good set. I travel frequently and needed a durable set. I had looked at Away luggage but just didn’t want to spend that kind of money. When I came across this set, I almost didn’t order them because the purple appeared to be a shiny bright purple. It is not! It’s more of a muted eggplant color. I love it! I was also hesitant due to them being a hard side case. I’m one that tries to cram as much as possible into my suitcaes. That ended up being a non-issue. I can fit quite a bit into these. I have taken my carryon on 4 trips where I actually checked the bags each time (I hate messing with luggage on a flight). Ive also taken the carryon on 2 road trips. As for the medium one, I’ve taken it on 2 road trips where I lived out of them for a week at a time. I have not yet used the large one. They look just as good as the day I bought them. I’ve been so happy with the way they’ve held up, even with the abuse they get from the airlines. I also didn’t have an issue with the locks as some others have posted about. I can’t recommend this set of luggage enough!

> 3 dayI got these to try a hardside luggage for the first time. I received them and they are nice quality. Nothing too fancy but nice for the price. They all have a zip divider that can be left open if you want a larger open space. They roll very well and the function of the handles is smooth. I was concerned about the weight of hardside bags but they dont feel heavy. I weighed all three to confirm the actual weight. I cant comment on the longevity yet because I havent had them long enough but I will try to give an update. At this point I recommend them especially for price.

> 3 dayThe very first time my wife used the large piece of luggage, the arm that extends broke. But...they replaced it right away, so I am happy with that. Maybe it was an isolated incident. She hasnt used the other smaller pieces of luggage yet.

> 3 dayRolls easily, zippers smoothly fit into locks, handles well. I went through 2 VERY busy international airports with some janky af old softside roller luggage (“expertly” packed by my husband-70lbs of pure hate and awkwardness) and realized I had to get new luggage since my health now requires me to travel from my healthcare black hole to one where I have a vague hope of survival. It was bad. Your luggage is WAY more important than I thought it was. Sooo I found this and there might’ve been a hallelujah chorus. But unless it breaks quickly it is awesome.

> 3 dayMy review is titled new life because people now have a new option for quality luggage kits and its called cool life, hence, new life. I spent in total about 12 hours of research (within a one week span) looking for a 3 piece luggage set that would be of high quality and not too hard on my pocket. With this Cool Life set, I feel people have a new brand to choose from other than Samsonite and the more expensive brands. All u hear about when searching for a luggage kit is Samsonite, Samsonite. I dont have anything against them, they make beautiful, superior quality luggage sets. In fact, I was about to take a bite myself and purchase the Samsonite Omni set. But Im glad I went for the Cool Life and saved a decent amount of money. If youre not a frequent traveler, then this kit is right for u. If you travel weekly, please dont purchase this set and then bash it up in a disappointed review. That would be misleading and unfair. But Im almost sure that if this set caught your eye its because of the low price, and at this point youve decided to dig into reviews because you want to know if youll be using your budget money wisely. Well I want to confirm that yes, great deals do exist at this price. I absolutely love mines and Im sure you will love yours too. When it arrives at your door step youll see just why this is an Amazons choice. I know all the reviews about hard shells breaking, smashing, etc make it awfully difficult to make a decision. These things will happen with any brand u choose to go with. No luggage is indestructible, but this one is backed by a pretty solid warranty and that alone gives peace of mind. Im glad I made this purchase and I want to recommend it to you. Theres just so much good things to say about it but if I write it all Ill be composing a story here and that wouldnt be too influential would it? Youre gonna have to do lots of research yourself, decide on a budget, select the features you want, and purchase. If u go with this one, rest assured you wont be disappointed. ** A word about the famous TSA approved locks. As I was passing thru the DFW international airport, I couldnt help but ask a TSA agent how this lock is friendly to them. He said look, I dont know whats the hype about these locks, but we, at least I, dont have any key whatsoever to open such locks. If there is something inside your luggage that we need to have a closer look at, were gonna find you and bring you to your luggage. But as far as us having a special key or code to open these, we dont. I was a bit disappointed because if there truly was an agreement/understanding between the TSA and luggage manufacturers, Im sure that agent would have given me the answer I was hoping for. I guess all I can say is, dont let this feature play a role in deciding which luggage u gonna buy. Good luck in your decision making cause I surely had a hard time!

> 3 dayLove this luggage. I do wish there were more pockets on the inside. But otherwise great product. The design stands out! So easy to roll. Champagne color makes it look more luxurious

21-11-2024Good luggage for the price. They’ve been across the country a few times and I’m sure body slammed by the airport employees, but they’re holding up well. Very light, zippers working greats still. Hard to complain.

Greater than one weekWe needed new luggage and this three piece set is great for family vacations. The quality is good considering the cost of the set. Purchased blue ones on prime day. Took 28 and 20 inch ones on one trip and so far no issues. The carryon is rather small and didn’t fit as much stuff. The wheels rolled smoothly, it was a breeze to maneuver the case in any direction or way that I wanted! And the color is pretty and easy to spot at baggage claim (we chose the blue) Very pleased!
