Coolife Luggage Expandable(only 28) Suitcase 3 Piece Set with TSA Lock Spinner 20in24in28in (lake blue)

I got this luggage and then our trip was canceled. So, I waited to write a review till I could use the luggage. I finally did and it does not stand up. On arrival I was happy with the luggage. Great look, wonderful color, lots of space, zippered divider, extended 2 year warranty, etc… Took it on a trip and found it doesn’t roll as well as my husbands (which is a different brand). His wheels also don’t stick out as much and are therefore less of a problem in overhead bins. I also think that contributes to it not wheeling as well and wanting to tip often when changing surfaces to leaning on two wheels and being pulled, instead of gliding along. The 2nd time I used the luggage the interior divider ripped below the zipper as I was zipping it. I’m not thrilled but, there is a 2 year warranty so I figured, not a big deal. It took me a bit to figure out how to contact them. Apparently it is all done through Amazon. For the rip in the lining (right below the zipper on the divider) they said that after “…Taking into account the long time and energy that it would take to process a return….” That I keep the product and they will give me a refund of $20 for the inconvenience. I let them know I don’t want $20, I want a fixed item. They wrote back and said after checking with a supervisor they can do $35 refund, but they only offer partial refunds for lining issues….. I’m not happy. Not with the product, the warranty or the customer service. Needless to say, I would not recommend and will be putting that partial refund towards a better quality of luggage from a different company. *****Update after the above review: After leaving a 1 star review Coollife called me and told me they they felt bad about the issue and wanted to offer me an additional $30 refund. I said okay, and then they told me I would need to delete my review or update it to 4-5 stars and then they would issue the refund. I politely told them that I would not delete or give them 4-5 stars for a $30 payment. I was then asked if I would update to 4-5 stars or delete my review for a new piece of luggage to replace the one that was damaged. I let them know I would delete my review but not upgrade their stars if they fixed it by replacing my 28” which is currently the problem. The man let me know they would send it as soon as I deleted it. I asked him to wait and took screenshots of my review before deleting it. I let them know I deleted it and then was informed that since I bought a set the luggage what they send will be different then what I bought since they will be sending one sold individually instead of in a set. I asked if it would be the same color at least and was told it will be similar. They then sent a link for me to choose. I bought a dark purple set. My options were: Caribbean blue, Charcoal, Radiant Pink, and Teal. None of which are even close to my color. I choose the Caribbean blue and will have a clashing set until I buy something else. I would say the replacement suitcase is a nicer piece than the set ones. More zippers inside the lining, a better lock, etc. However, I am upset that they didn’t tell me in advance and waited till I deleted my original review before giving me all the catch-22’s that I never would have agreed to. Also, I am upset that I had to fight with them to fix it in the first place. The set isnt bad for the price, but it wont last long term and isnt amazing. It is a middle of the road set where you get what you pay for.

Great colors and love these. Cant wait to test them out to Bali!

I used it for travel and it holds up. I compared it to other brands and it very similar structure and built the same.

I like the look of them. I wish they all expanded like the big one does

I’ve never updated a review, but I just had to for this luggage set. I have now had this set for almost 3 years. I have checked this luggage many times with absolutely no issues. And I have literally lived out of them for the last 7 months while I’ve traveled the eastern US (9,000 miles and 24 states). Again, absolutely no issues. With the exception of a few scratches, they look just as good as the day I bought them. I have also packed them to overflowing and the zippers have held strong. I have used the carry on and the medium bags almost exclusively. The large bag is just too heavy when full for me to heave in and out of my car and into hotels. I have more than gotten my monies worth from this set. When this set gives out and I finally have to purchase a new set, the decision will be easy, as I will buy another set of these in a heartbeat. I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this set of luggage. I had searched reviews for weeks looking for a good set. I travel frequently and needed a durable set. I had looked at Away luggage but just didn’t want to spend that kind of money. When I came across this set, I almost didn’t order them because the purple appeared to be a shiny bright purple. It is not! It’s more of a muted eggplant color. I love it! I was also hesitant due to them being a hard side case. I’m one that tries to cram as much as possible into my suitcaes. That ended up being a non-issue. I can fit quite a bit into these. I have taken my carryon on 4 trips where I actually checked the bags each time (I hate messing with luggage on a flight). Ive also taken the carryon on 2 road trips. As for the medium one, I’ve taken it on 2 road trips where I lived out of them for a week at a time. I have not yet used the large one. They look just as good as the day I bought them. I’ve been so happy with the way they’ve held up, even with the abuse they get from the airlines. I also didn’t have an issue with the locks as some others have posted about. I can’t recommend this set of luggage enough!

We sent some others back, but these are just fine for us as we dont travel that much. I think if you are a world traveler, you may want a more expensive set.

These work well for travel. Glides smoothly on low carpet or hard floors.

Love this luggage set. Rolled all 3 pieces through the airport by myself and they were fully loaded with my belongings!

okay, well it wouldnt let me upload a photo. but on our way out of town we got into a car accident where someone t-bones us. the luggage was in the bed of the truck and the large piece flew out across the street. this luggage is durable and only had scrapes from sliding. the medium one had a corner pushed in. One of the wheels broke but was still usable due to its 2 wheel design per corner. id buy this again.

The set is light weight, sleek, and attractive looking HOWEVER after only owning the suitcase for 4 months the zippers are popping off. A suitcase is no good if internal and external zippers pop off. I’m hopeful this 2 year warranty will be of some benefit. Wanted to love this set! If this zippers stayed on and/or if I don’t have to give my first born to deal with the warranty I would be back to loving it. Good luck
