This is awesome. It has taken the time I use to make DVDs and cut it in half. I wish I wouldnt have waited so long to buy it. Its very user friendly, takes no time to set up.

Very easy to use. It works flawlessly. Great copier. Ive only used it for DVDs so far.

This is perfect for our church use.

The first thing I noticed when plugging this in was a very audible clicking noise from the power supply. When i turn it ON it goes away, when I turn it OFF it returns instantly. I have worked with many PCs which this basically is, and have never known that to be normal. We also have two other duplicators that dont do this. I emailed Copystars and was told that it was a normal noise and all of their machines did that. Well, if thats the case, I dont want an exchange either. So I returned it and Amazon gave me a full refund (Thanks Amazon). In all fairness, I did go through many reviews and no one complained about the noise or mentioned it. I also did try the machine once and aside from the noise when OFF, it did work perfectly. I was not comfortable with a possibly defective power supply that I had to keep unplugged for fear of it causing a fire which I am not sure it would have hence the return but I dont like to take that kind of chance. I also was not happy with the response from Copystars and cannot believe all of their machines make this noise. Thats why I gave it 2 stars. I hope it works well for you as it has for many others if you buy from them. Update: After my review, Copystars did contact me to apologize for the communications error and the unit.

didnt record the data off the orginal CD

This just arrived yesterday I read the good reviews which is why I purchased it. I opened it up and its trashed. All bent up and scratched. UPS looked like they threw it off the building first. Im irritated because I have a deadline and Im trying to finish a project this weekend. I call Copystars and after a bit of phone tag we talk and they are excellent. They do a diagnostic and amazingly the unit still work but they get the replacement sorted and a new unit is on the way instantly to arrive tomorrow, saturday. Super helpful full of good info, pointed to quality CD/DVD media suppliers and printers.. went from bad experince to good experience in less than an hour. Great job job guys.. thanks. UPDATE Dec 2014 ok.. so Ive used this unit approximately 3 times in the 6 months Ive had it and its failing on me. Im doing a small run of 50 discs to hand out and 2 out of every 5 are blank even though it reads 5 Pass 0 Fail. This means I have to check every single disc before I hand them out! Frustrated about this! Hope they can figure out the problem.

Love this! I make hundreds of dvds every year and this is a time saver. It is easy to use--my 9 year old students use it independently.
