    I use it for 4 month, everything was okay, and then it started with bad burned more and more. I wasted too many of discs by burning with this machine, especially when burning with the Dual Layers 8.5G discs.... Very sad!

    Everything Ive been wanting in a fast way to duplicate a few CDs / DVS per run. Excellent quality and very easy to use. I run my first test dupes in less than an hour after setting I up.

    Very happy so far! I will be using this a lot but had to get cds of course. After those came easy to use. I have burned 40 cds today and happy. I check the cds as I go as that is the way I am. 40 for 40! I have the burner in an open area so it has all the air it needs to help with cool down. Doesnt seem hot but its a machine do just in case. Highly recommended by me. Been burning cds for 20 years! I dont do dvds so cant say anything on that. Im hoping to down the road.

    I would rate it much higher if it would deliver 5 copies at a time, but at best it does 4. One drive consistently refuses to copy a disc even though it ran the self test without an issue. Now I have a follow-up. Called Tech support. Now all is fine. Wont bore you with details, but unit is now working fine.

    I bought the 5 drive unit and it worked well for the first year. We make less than 1 copy per drive per week. I have had two ASUS drives stop working after less than 3 years use. This is unacceptable! If you buy one get one with something other than ASUS drives. Luckily I was able to order matching drives thru Amazon.
