This is awesome. It has taken the time I use to make DVDs and cut it in half. I wish I wouldnt have waited so long to buy it. Its very user friendly, takes no time to set up.

I love Amazon reviews, I never would have bought this without the reviews and praise the machines received. The price on these duplicators is incredible and its a brilliantly easy machine to use. My duplicator was double boxed and that box was put in an outer shipping box for even more protection. My duplicator arrived fast and in perfect condition. Its an attractive black PC style tower loaded with disc drives. Open the top drive, put in the original you want to copy. Open the lower drives (as many as you need), load with blank media, close the drives and press enter, off it goes. In less than five minutes I made five perfect CD copies, I love it, what a time save. I have a recording studio and were constantly making CD copies for band members, this duplicator is really going to speed up the process and take away the pain. Im sure it will pay for itself quickly. I was going to buy the 3-disc model but the five was only $50 more so I went for that. You dont need to fill every drive with blank media, you can make one copy if thats all you need. An awesome machine, thanks Amazon!

Bought 5 DVD Copier April 17, 2017. I do volunteer videoing for the Chapel we go too. Yesterday needed to copy 3 DVDs. Last 3 bays are not coping DVD. Today tried 3 sets of DVDs at least 1 of 3 doesnt copy and 2 left out menu. Havent tried top two bays, I dont want to waste anymore of the Chapels DVDs. The master DVD work from my computer works fine on our DVD player. I have been quite happy with the copier up to this point other than the Chapels DVDs, I (my P/T video business) do about 10 to 20 DVDs every 2 to 3 months depending on season. So I havent used it that much.

JUNK. Came in with DVD master and three copies in unit. Was told not used, just testing unit with those DVDs.. Yeah. Right. I kept it as this was the SECOND one (first was DOA). After thirty copies, it no longer powers up. Tried different power cords, etc. NO POWER. Warranty is three years/one year. So, how do I return this junk? Im in a sad situation in that I need to duplicate about 100 CDs and DVDs for a project......cant cause this junk wont power up. CONTACT ME NOW. JEE

It was 2 days late with minimum case damage but seems to works fine.

I would rate it much higher if it would deliver 5 copies at a time, but at best it does 4. One drive consistently refuses to copy a disc even though it ran the self test without an issue. Now I have a follow-up. Called Tech support. Now all is fine. Wont bore you with details, but unit is now working fine.

This duplicator is my first personal duplicator. I was used to using one at a major advertising distributor. When my business partner got laid off, I had to get my own (not thrilled about that). The first job this one did was 100 printed label DVDs. A smaller run. It took about 11 minutes to burn and verify at a slow burning speed. Acceptable for my use. By the time I had 5 stuffed in cases with labels, and had a beverage, the next ones were ready. (Im a one man shop). I think if I keep growing that side of my business, I may get a second one, or a 10 target copystars. As far as the drives, my personal opinion of LG is not good. None of these were DOA, and they made it thru 20 burn cycles. I plan to either swap them out with Asus DVD burners or Bluray burners as they die. Im not too concerned. Please keep in mind that drives die. I go thru them every other year or so. I like Asus, but thats me. I know guys that are diehard LG pimps. Good for them. Fair price, Prime eligible (when I ordered), had it fast, ready to go out of the box.

This unit saves time, not to mention the wear and tear on having a single CD/DVD recorder. Recorded 100 CDs so far without a glitch ... looking forward to doing more.
