For an english speaking person it takes a little thinking to follow the instructions. It works well and is easy to clean. It is not mentioned in the instructions, but the filter is a two part filter. If you set the filter down on a table with the filter up and look around the edges you will see arrows and open ---close. Rotate the outer prefilter and remove it to clean the pleated filter. I dont know if replacement filters include the prefilter or if either is available.

I wanted an inexpensive hand vac to get dog hair up quickly. I used it in the car right away. It did a good job. I tried it in furniture crevices. Havent emptied it yet. Dont know if that works easily.

Much improved over other brands!

This was to replace another Vac that just died from long use. We hope this one gives us the same good use. It appears that it will. Good suction and I really like the battery light always on.

Update: after working with their customer service, they made the situation right and offered a replacement. Which is now working much better and no smell!! I updated my review a couple of stars just on the customer service alone. Previous review: This hand vacuum sucks and it is so smelly when you turn it on!! Every time I turn it on it makes me sick, the smell is like burnt rubber and ass. Ive checked multiple times the filter but it seems to be coming from the fan itself inside the unit. Its not very strong and the on/off is totally backwards. To turn on you hold down the button for 3 seconds to turn it off you hit it once so as a result you are multiple times accidentally turn off with a slight tough. I would have preferred the options flipped for less button pressing and accidents. Dont let these reviews fool you, this product was a waste of money.

easy to use

I read through all the reviews and this seemed like a great fit. The battery life is great. I followed the instructions to a T. Thankfully the battery life is that long because you have to keep going over and over and over and over and over and over and over some thing for it to pick it up. Once you have picked up everything, it is very easy to clean and maintain. I just wish the suction was better.This was meant to save time on tiny jobs and now I’m having to get out the regular vacuum. I wish I could recommend it but if you need something to actually vacuum up quickly this isn’t it.

This handheld vacuum has great suction. Empty’s well. The only feature I do not like is it you have to hold the button for it to go on and to go off. No immediate on/off.

I bought this for my mom, who is handicapped and has difficulty cleaning her stairs and maneuvering with a big vacuum. She was over the moon to receive it, and has really been enjoying it so far! Its lightweight, and easy for her to use with one hand. Would definitely suggest for anyone that needs a small, lightweight vac for around the house!
