Love this vacuum. The suction is great compared to previous rechargeable stick vacuums weve had in the past. Charging takes a few hours, but the battery life when using the vacuum is good and there are 3 power levels, which is nice. The only thing that could be better is the location of the power button, as we sometimes turn it off while holding the vacuum, but weve found ways to adjust how we hold it so that isnt as much of an issue. I like the way the vacuum can be made larger or smaller without actually having to detach anything. Also LOVE that hair doesnt get as tangled in the brush roll as other vacuums do - this is huge! Overall great vacuum and would recommend!

The vacuum was delivered on time as promised by your customer service, packing and content of all parts found in great condition. Unpacking and putting all parts together was easy and done in few minutes, the battery was charged overnight. I’ve been using it regularly for the past weeks on the lower setting to keep all my porcelain floors clean in my entire house. It really does a quick cleaning around the house (5 rooms) and done it with one charge. So far, I love it! It’s very convenient to have a display showing battery life remaining and the option up to three speeds. Pretty quiet even at high speed if compared to other similar products in the market. Very easy to move around, pretty good suction power, and the LED light makes it easy to see and reach any spots that are missed. Simple and easy charging on the wall when not in use with storage for accessories. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family for general cleaning around the house. No complaints and happy with it, its been a great deal by having a quick replacement on a timely manner.

I love this vacuum. I hate sweeping. I dont particularly enjoy vacuuming. I have hardwood floors downstairs with various types of rugs, hardwood stairs with runners, and carpet upstairs. I have long hair, a toddler, a 10 year old, a dog with short hair that is constantly visible when the sun hits the hardwood, a cat, and watch a baby and another toddler full time... Ive had this vacuum a couple weeks now and am so impressed. It is EASY to use and maneuver, easy to grab and clean up the spilled cheerios, or the per hair, or anything else. It works well in cars, on rugs, carpets, and hardwood. I wish the battery lasted a little bit longer but honestly it is so great for my on-the-go use. Im no vacuum expert. Ive never had a dyson, but Ive had stick vaccuums and regular vaccuums and handheld vaccuums and I will no longer be dealing with any of those corded monstrosities. Also, I havent used my broom once since I got this. Just this thing. Its great.

We loved this vacuum so much we bought another one. I was hesitant to purchase it since I have never heard of this brand and I’m a dyson fan. I would purchase this again without thinking!

we love this vaccum!!! It is a great product for the price that it is listed as. Th eonly problem we have is with the battery life. When on the highest suction setting, the battery dies very quickly.

I like this vacuum. I have two dogs- does okay on pet hair on carpet, not fantastic. We thought it was broken but my husband dismantled all the connections and there was a long threaded hair literally shutting off the whole machine due to it being stuck. Its been fine since we removed that.

It had good suction when on its strongest setting, which you have to press the button twice after turning it on to get there. We really only use it to get to places behind furniture where our big vacuum wont reach. Sadly, it only lasted 4 months. The screen is flashing E2 while plugged in and wont take a charge. Product support ended 1 month ago so I guess Im SOL. 200 dollar paperweight. Update! After seeing my review a representative of Wlupel reached out and offered to send me their newer Hero8 vacuum. Ive only used it once but it works great. Very nice to have a company stand behind their product.

I love this vacuum but the part that holds the battery in place breaks easily. It’s been almost 6 months and the battery doesn’t stay in place. However, I really do recommend buying the vacuum because the suction is great and it’s so lightweight. I just wish mine didn’t break :(

This was recommended to me by a friend. After looking at name brands, vacuums that cost twice as much I just decided what the heck I’ll take a chance. I love this vacuum it does everything I want to do. Very light weight, easy to charge and operate. Great for a person with mobility issues, etc. if you’re looking for something like this, give it a try don’t spend your money on the higher end versions! I waited a while to write this review to make sure that I was happy with it. Battery life is sufficient, carpet looks nice after its vacuums, and picks up very well. Cannot beat this price!
