Couldn’t be better in customer response!!! Love the vacuum too! Convenient to do just about every cleaning surface you have. I love being able to go the stairs without a cord! Great useful tools and you can change the suction which is convenient when doing a throw rug.

Easy to use but the battery don’t last longer

this is the second cordless vacuum I ordered, the first being one that doesn’t have enough suction so when I saw a partnership on TikTok with this vacuum, I decided to order it. I had a great deal going on, so it was perfect timing, it came within a few days and it was super easy to assemble and set up. There is a wall mount that you can attach everything to which is very convenient for storage. Now for the vacuum itself there are three levels of suction, and each one does great the attachments work wonderfully, and the brush head is great for shag rugs, which is hard to find for a cordless vacuum. The only reason I took one star away is the battery life, I live in a one bedroom apartment and doing deep cleans it doesn’t last through the whole apartment but the customer service this company has is wonderful and I highly recommend this vacuum if you were considering it.

I was worried about the battery life but it lasts pretty long on the low setting. I love that there are multiple strengths you can toggle and I love the light. I wish that there are lights for the other attachments.

Didn’t want to buy another expensive vacuum. This one is a very good one for the money!

I ordered this vacuum cleaner because it has a replacement battery rather than having to throw out the vacuum like the one I previously owned. The one thing I do not like about the unit is that when holding the handle you have a tendency to hit the trigger which turns the unit off. Other than that, it is easy to use.

Works better than vacuum cleaners that cost twice as much. Three speeds and excellent suction throughout.

I dont write a lot of reviews, let alone long ones like this. But when I say this is a great vacuum, I mean it! I have always been someone that has had a corded, bag-less vacuum owner as they are easy to empty, and make vacuuming easier than one with a bag. This year, I decided that I want to do a DEEP spring cleaning and get rid of a bunch of junk, vacuum, mop, and reset my home. My home is about 1,000 sq ft with hardwood floors throughout. I have 2 area rugs (one in the office and one in my living room), and some smaller ones at the kitchen sink and in the bedroom/bathroom. I have a goldendoodle, that got more golden than doodle, so she does shed a little bit, but its more of a fluff/light shed than something like a husky would or something similar. I had searched for a while on amazon and in stores for a cordless stick vacuum to make cleaning easier. I didnt want to spend too much, but I also didnt want to waste my money on something cheap that didnt do the job I needed it for. Along comes the WLUPEL cordless vacuum that had stellar reviews (more consistent and highly rated than another directly competing brand on amazon), wasnt super expensive, and had variable speeds. Once receiving it, and using it once to test it out on my office rug...I was sold. I was not expecting it to perform so well on a carpeted surface. I absolutely LOVE the led lights that brighten the path of the vacuum because it highlights things that are more difficult to see that need to be picked up and would only have been seen if sweeping was done first and a pile would accumulate. The suction can be variable, but even at the lowest speed, it performed like a champ on carpet. The following weekend, I cleaned my living room and was amazed at its performance on the hardwoods. Battery monitor is helpful for knowing how much life you have left in that run. Its light weight, easy to clean, the roller tube at the head of the vacuum is easy release and easy clean if there is something that ends up wrapped around it. I am excited to be able to bring this vacuum into my car and clean my interior without having to find a plug long enough to let my vacuum work. Pros: Feels sturdy and is affordable - doesnt feel like a cheap piece of plastic made to look nice, feels as though it can last a while; dont need to spend $600+ on a cordless stick vacuum for the brand when reviews are sometimes hit and miss. Lightweight and very easy to maneuver - getting under furniture, beds, tables, etc. is a breeze and can really turn corners/weird angles with little to no effort. Easily transitions from hardwood to carpet and back with no issue and does not suck up smaller rugs when going over the corners/edges but still gets dirt out. LED lights at head of vacuum make it very easy to see dirt. Easy to clean - taking the dirt bucket off and apart is extremely easy to empty and clean; also taking the roller tube out from the head of the vacuum to get out any thing wrapped around it is effortless. Battery monitor is helpful to see how much life is left. Battery charging options (battery removal and charge, charge while battery in vacuum, or store on wall and charge) make it easy to purchase a 2nd battery and swap them out to have ongoing cleaning power. Attachments make multi-surface cleaning easy. Additional/replacement filters come with the original purchase. Cons: Suction - does not have the same suction/power that a corded vacuum has. Battery life - on high, battery drains quickly. Charging speed - does not quick charge, needs at least a couple hours to recharge from 0. Dust bucket - small, and needs cleaning frequently (not meant for big jobs). All in all - I am so glad that I purchased it and HIGHLY recommend this vacuum to others. Will I get rid of my corded bagless vacuum? Probably not. Which one will I reach for on a daily basis for upkeep cleaning? This one. So much more convenient, not tied to a wall plug, and gets the job done.

Great! Well made Vacuum ! Weight is not heavy to use. Love That it is cordless. Battery held wonderfully used it many large rooms was still at 75% ! Suction is great and I have two cats! I will never use my upright (Shark) again!
