we love this vaccum!!! It is a great product for the price that it is listed as. Th eonly problem we have is with the battery life. When on the highest suction setting, the battery dies very quickly.

The vacuum is amazing, the customer is extraordinary.

I like the vacuum I have used it every day on the lower setting to keep my wood floors clean in my room. It works great for a quick cleaning around the house for the high traffic areas. The better least long enough to get the job done. The only down side is I do notice the battery starts draining pretty quickly and even faster when you have it on the higher settings. It literally start sounding like the motor is slowing down after just a minute of it being on. So I change the settings to med and then bump it back to low once in a while. I do think that maybe a stronger battery would be beneficial sold separately just in case people want something that will last a little longer and produce more power. Call it an upgrade for the vacuum. Like what they use on wireless power tools, with quick charging station would be a cool option for this vacuum. I have my Milwaukee power tools that are wireless lithium battery power and those batteries are also compatible with other tools. Like my wireless leaf blower. I dont think people would care about the little extra weight with the amount of power those batteries are going to give the suction for the vacuum and the battery life you get out of them. I have a wireless vacuum that does run off of those batteries but its more like a shop vac. Other then that I have used it for at least a week straight and so far I love it and would definitely recommend it to a friend for cleaning around the house.

Good design

We have had this vacuum for about a month now and it seems to work great. Its suction is very good and it is picking up most everything as stated. We are enjoying it.

I have had this vacuum for a few weeks and it works just as expected! I refuse to use a heavy, corded vacuum every single day for dog hair in a multi level house, so this is perfect for these quick clean ups daily. I had a different cordless vacuum that I lost in a recent move, but I decided to try this brand because I liked that it displayed the battery power. My last one didnt so I never knew how much time I had left to clean and it would die while in use. Some hair does get caught on the outer pads sometimes, but its not a big deal to me. Customer service seems like they will be nice to deal with if ever needed as I have already received several follow ups from them. Overall, happy with this purchase so far!

Love this vacuum. The suction is great compared to previous rechargeable stick vacuums weve had in the past. Charging takes a few hours, but the battery life when using the vacuum is good and there are 3 power levels, which is nice. The only thing that could be better is the location of the power button, as we sometimes turn it off while holding the vacuum, but weve found ways to adjust how we hold it so that isnt as much of an issue. I like the way the vacuum can be made larger or smaller without actually having to detach anything. Also LOVE that hair doesnt get as tangled in the brush roll as other vacuums do - this is huge! Overall great vacuum and would recommend!

Been using the vacuum for months now and it has worked very well for us, I like that it shows the battery percentage and the exact time left before it dies. Love it!

I love this thing!! I vacuum WAY more than I used to because it’s so easy and light weight. Only downside is the battery doesn’t last long and takes a long time to charge, but it lasts long enough for me to vacuum the main living areas 2-3 times before charging
