Works good

I purchased this vacuum in October of 2022. It worked great at first, but I vacuum downstairs daily. The product came with a filter or two, but they became fully saturated with dust, and I was unable to clean them. I tried to order new filters on multiple occasions, but they were never available. I wrote email after email asking either for new filters or the specs of the filter, so I could purchase one of the same dimensions elsewhere. Every response asked me to wait longer and longer. They told me there were no other filters that would fit the vacuum. At one point, they sent me back about 1/4 of the purchase price as a sort of apology. Although it was appreciated, the vacuum has lost almost all of its suction. I’ve turned to sweeping, which is much harder on my back, and with back problems, it’s not sustainable. If not for Voweek’s inventory problems, the vacuum would probably be working just fine, but now dust and particles are lodged into so many places, that a good seal is impossible, and dust flies around when I use it. My and my children’s allergies only get worse when I use it. I’d love to leave 5 stars because for a few months, I loved the machine. Now, it’s broken and just sitting in my closet. I can’t afford a new one, which is why I tried to take good care of it. Unfortunately, because of Voweek’s inability to send me filters, I lo longer have a working vacuum. The right thing to do would be to replace this machine with a new one, and acknowledge that the machine is not working through no fault of my own, but so far, they don’t seem to care.

I liked the idea it had lights and you could see the hair it picked up. It’s light, it works great on wood floors which is the reason I got it. It’s light enough to carry to the car and use the attachments. Very satisfied!

I was hesitant at first but LOVE this small powerful vacuum!! It’s perfect for hard floors. You have to be patient as it does take time to vacuum large areas. It has lights and the battery tells you how much life is remaining. Glad I purchased this!!

I needed something that I could get out and use quickly without too much hassle. This fits the requirement! I use it daily to keep up with two dogs that shed like crazy. It is so easy to maneuver around furniture, not bulky, and the price was perfect. The run time on a battery charge is about perfect for the size house I have, and charging it does not take as long as I had thought it would. The sound is not bad, and the light on it is bright. The only downside of it is when you take off the filter, it can be a little tricky getting it to fit back in just right. It could just be because it is new and will get easier over time.

This is a great vacuum! Love all of the attachments that came with it. Does a great job picking up all of the dirt!

Easy to use came earlier that expected

I normally dont leave reviews but I had to for this sweeper because Im so in love with it. My living space is mainly tile and hardwood with an area rug. I needed something light for my stairs and the areas that the roomba cant get. I also have four young children and two dogs so I needed something to sweep with attachments for the couches and something quick and easy for the messes left behind. I love that this little sweeper fits right under the couch and tables to get the dog hair. Im amazed how well it does sucking up all the dog hair, glitter, dirt piles from boots, goldfish, crushed up cereal, you name it it sucks it up. I find Im able to sweep my whole lower level of 2,500sqft house before battery dies which is all I need it to do.

Great maneuverability, great attachments, not cumbersome, but its lacking in suction power. Oh and not too noisy either. Cant say much about the battery life. I dont use it often and charge it always before use.
