Easy to use, expensive annual update. 2021.1 update corrupted the printing process badly, poor correction response.

Ive been using Paint Shop Pro since the 90s, only stopping for the few years I used a mac. My most recent version for my PC was x8. I have to agree with the others who said theres quite a learning curve required for 2021 Ultimate version as its quite different. But it does offer new features that are worthwhile. Corel offers a lot of videos and tutorials to help us learn to use the program and get the most out of it. There are also a lot of other websites devoted to this same purpose. Ive spent quite a lot of time working with it and it does get easier. Im not a graphic artist but I do like to freshen and restore photos and also create simple logos. I have a feeling my skills will improve with this new version of PSP.

Ive use psp for several years now. Can do anything photoshop can do and do it just as well. Easy to use layers. New pgm is relatively easy if youve had previous versions.

Ive never come so close to un-installing software I paid for and occasionally use, but their incessant nag screens have almost brought me to that point! There are frequent pop-ups advertising their other crap-ware and urging purchase/upgrade. Ive already bought your software, stop already!

Total CRAP! Dont buy if you have Windows 10! This will not install in Windows 10 no matter what you do! Even though it does state you can install on Windows 10! Total waste of money and if you download it, you cant return it! And theres no one to talk to about it!

While the product may be well and good...The website is crap, the customer service is crap. I purchased this directly from their website, and when I had to reinstall my PC, there was 0 help in figuring anything out to re-install. Everything was expried, and even my email was apparently not what I registered with (even though its my email I log in with that SHOWS THE DAMN PURCHASE!). Id rather go with a free or more expensive type of software that does exaclty the same thing if I didnt have to deal with this headache!

So glad to have all the software I wanted in one package.

Just don’t. It’s a disaster even getting it to download. It crashes (I have a surface pro), good luck figuring out how to adjust the color curves , did I mention it crashes ? The brushes aren’t anything special. it’s expensive as hell. Use Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Adobe Adobe . Just use Adobe. If you’re a beginner, no this is not for you. Use Lightleap, photofox, PSE Express. There is a “learning center” which is okay. But doesn’t make up for the garbage software .

I have purchased several Corel products in the past. This is the first one that I am sorry I purchased. I think they tried to design Paintshop Pro to fit both the very experienced user and casual user. For me a casual user I want to get a task done as quickly and simply as possible. Best example I can provide, for something as basic as resizing a photo, Paintshop has 5 different techniques to get this accomplished. I dont care to have this level of complexity for a simple task and what makes it so complex is a user interface that in my opinion is hard to navigate and not immediately obvious.
