It does exactly as intended, and within my BeQuiet! Silent Base 800 case, there is no sound at all coming from the PSU.

I now have two of these 850s and like them. Main fan doesnt even come on it runs so nice and cool. Even when gaming! Also can handle a good load. Ive had my first one for just over a year and totally reliable so far.

Good Power supply

This supply relaced my evga 650 to run a new gpu. Please note that you should use all cables that come with this supply. I tried getting away with the evga psu cables and that just didnt work.All in all its a nice solid quiet psu.

Had this PSU for 6 months and it does what its supposed to, delivers power to all my RGB. I get soooo many frames.

What you want in a power supply. Its quiet, fully modular, and so silly LEDs. It even comes with a little bag to store all the unused cables.

This review is for the Corsair RMX 650 power supply. This PSU replaced a 5-year old 450W power supply that was used in a 20+ year old Linux PC! Installation was straight forward and the modular design facilitated a neat and organized install. The power supply is very quiet and time will tell how it holds up. The new components were installed in my old Thermaltake tower and are as follows:

This unit worked for 30 minutes and then shut down. No load was ever placed on it. Simply installing windows and setting up programs. All of a sudden the machine shut off, and never turned on again. PSU just clicks and shuts off. Installed an older known good PSU and the machine is working again. Every corsair product I have ever purchased over the years has failed. This is yet another product I purchased that will ultimately be my last. I will never, EVER order another corsair product after this.
