sadly couldnt get it to run at 2666mhz on the asus maximus VIII hero

Its fast ram that fits and doesnt glow. It almost looks like it could be for an adult.

I bought a second 32G for my computer. No problems installing and the computer recognized the RAM the second it POSTed. Now I have a monster 64G rig.

EDIT: As promised I will Amend the Review however I wish I could somehow deduct another half star. They were prompt in answering my complaint which is where my praise will end. I had to foot the bill to ship the damaged RAM to them and from the point I sent them the Modules it was almost 2 weeks before I got my replacement kit. To top it off I cant get the replacement Kit to run at its stated 3000mhz. Never Again!!!!!

I got two pairs of 3000mhz C15 at different times. Both work flawlessly by just setting XMP profile 1. No hiccups/overheating/BSOD and ran memtest86 with no errors. Now I just hope I don’t have to update this review in a month like a lot of other people

This bad RAM caused a Mobo failure with a brand new Asus Rampage V edition 10. This was verified by 2 Microcenter Techs. Im not sure if this is par for the course with Corsair. Can not get a replacement either. Customer support of no help either.

Memory sticks are always something that requires careful research to ensure CPU & chipset (motherboard) compatibility. Then careful handling & proper placement IAW the motherboard user guide. These sticks are working fine after over a month of regular daily-cycled use - probably around 200 hrs. Im not an overclocker or even much of a gamer, so I cant really speak to their performance at the edge, but I have no reason to doubt the manufacturers specs. Arrived in undamaged packaging and on time.
