Wanted to add more memory to my Alienware Aurora R8 system which came with 16 GB of RAM 2 x 8 GB. Talk about plug-and-play, I have never added memory in a tower before , found this to be so easy with the corsair vengeance ram. What was 16 GB of RAM is now 48 GB, So happy!

> 3 dayThe RAM will run by default at 2133MHz you will need to change it to 3000MHz in the BIOS, you will also need to change the memory timing to 15-17-17-35 and the voltage to 1.35 v

> 3 dayI bought this particular product in 9/2018. This was for a brand new computer, a significant upgrade from my windows xp desktop. It worked great until Aug of 2019. I started to receive a BSOD (memory management) around the Windows 1903 update. I figured it was the update. This BSOD would happen every few minutes, Browsers would crash. After rolling back, and eliminating all other possibilities, I went to a local Microcenter and got the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16 gb @ 3000mhz. I switched out the 2400mhz RAM from Amazon, and everything is fine now.
