Always get the brand name if you want a quality product. Love our Coway air purifier & the ease of installing the effective air filters. We have a foster senior dog that has accidents occasionally. We scrub & shampoo as much as we can with our nontoxic products, but there is only so much we can do. As soon as I replaced our filters & kicked the air purifier back on, her room was instantaneously odor free.

This is exactly the same filter that came with the air purifier. I ordered from Amazon, not from a third party: the default selection was from a third party but because there was a bunch of complains about the smell, I paid the extra 50 cents to get it direct from Amazon just to be sure. The version I got came in a “Conway” box and had all the markings from the original that it was replacing. There was no smell and it fitted perfectly. Happy with the purchase as we needed to refresh those filters with all the smoke we get these days from the wildfires

I should have taken a photo, but after ordering and installing my second replacement filter I can say this isnt a bad deal. The air purifier this goes in is a good setup for home use and the ability to tune its speed to air conditions is excellent. I however had mine set to the medium (2) speed every day, 24/7 for 6 months. And it was still able to filter air through. The old filter came out weighing three times as much as a new one and was nearly as dirty as a lint trap in a dryer! The carbon filters do an excellent job catching cat hair and large particles allowing the Hepa to catch the finer things! So long as you keep the carbon filter cleaned at least monthly the hepa does an excellent job with air quality of your area! Im Completly satisfied and sold on this product line and replacements even though I know I could DIY hepa filters for less $$$ these work so well I dont want to!

I bought this unit because it was recommended by in an appliance magazine survey. Its really well designed. Very quiet unless its put on maximum fan speed, and even then the sound is less than what youd expect. It can be used in the manual mode or in the automatic mode. In the manual mode the fan speed is constant. In the automatic mode a sensor determines how many particles are in the air and it adjusts the fan speed up until the air quality improves and then it moves the fan speed back down. The controls are all intuitive. Very good value.

Product arrived as described. Fits well with air filter

This was easy to install but didn’t come with instructions so I looked them up on YouTube. The odor filter needed reset according to the light on my air purifier after about a week which was odd.

I just wish it came with more filters
