> 3 dayInstructions would have been nice. But works great after original plastic one broke.

> 3 dayBetter than the plastic pieces... mostly. The filament feed holes dont exactly line up. When printing something where the filament needs to retract a lot, it squeaks LOUD!

> 3 dayHUGE improvement to my 3d prints. Why every 3d printer doesnt come with one of these is beyond me. If you have a plastic extruder, get this. Well worth the price and effort to change. Made a drastic difference in my prints. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayArrived quickly. Was exactly as described and pictured. Have had no issues at all. Feels much more solid than the plastic one that came on the machine. Would definitely buy again.

> 3 dayThe description of this extruder makes a big deal out of how the design is better than the standard extruders that uses pneumatic fittings ... its supposed to be less likely to snag the filament when youre loading it. Sounded good to me. When I received it though, it was just a standard official Creality aluminum extruder, pneumatic fitting and all -- which is perfectly fine. I guess they were out of their special design and backfilled with the Creality labeled item. I doubt their design is that much better anyway, so I wasnt upset to get the Creality extruder but knocked a star off for inaccuracy.

> 3 dayThey provide a plastic adapter which has the incorrect threading to connect the Bowden extruder tube to the tensioner, making the whole product useless. It was really annoying to set up the entire extruder and then the last step was unable to be completed.

> 3 dayDoes not sit correctly on the extruder-motor plate, thus, filament does not line up correctly when coming up through bottom of extruder, to the little hole that leads to the Bowden tube. No way to see in to guide it correctly. No instructions came with it Not sure which it DOES fit, but definitely not Ender 5 plus

Greater than one weekUnlike the original part, your unable to unscrew filliment tube easily when a jam occurs. Filliment is now stuck. Will be going back to original part and returning.

Greater than one weekI bought this because my Ender 3 V2 plastic extruder cracked under the bearing. (Dont they all?) After the kit arrived I examined it to make sure all the parts were there. They were. There has been a positive change in the design to use a normal bowden tube fitting just like the original plastic extruder. The product picture is no longer current. Unfortunately during assembly I found that the bushing that the tension arm rotates on was too short. This resulted in the arm not moving when the bolt was tightened. I fixed this in two ways. First I sanded off the anodizing from the bottom of the arm gaining a little more clearance. Not enough. Second I put the little bushing in a drill and used a small file to lengthen the small diameter tube towards its top. After a couple tries it was long enough to tighten down but not keep the tension arm from moving. Now the extruder works great even with harder filaments like wood and PETG. I suspect the part is correct when machined but after the red anodizing there is not enough clearance. Pretty easy fix but shouldnt have had to do it.
