It wont work with my 5ghz wifi connection, and Im not messing with my router and lowering my speed just so this POS will work. Hard pass. And I was so excited to try these.

I was skeptical about these smart plugs, but I had a discount coupons, so I decided to try them out. Set-up was as instructed in the tiny instruction pamphlet. They have been working for over a month. I can control lights in my condo remotely and thats exactly what I wanted and thats what I got. I unplugged a smart outlet once for the vacuum cleaner and easily reset the smart plug. That was the only interruption in service due to users error. I am thinking about buying a few more.

Bought the 2 pack Crestin smart plugs. I Had both of them set up and integrated into my Google home in about 15 minutes. Came with easy instructions.

I assume this product works fine but it didn’t work with my Alexa products, so that’s why it’s only getting two stars. The Crestin app is no longer compatible, if it ever was. I’m willing to revise this review if I get some feedback on how to resolve this issue. So far, the Smart Life app does not work.

I love these smart plugs and that you can use them to set up routines and timers, Im using them for my indoor greenhouse! The app was easy to use, compared to another brand Ive tried. My only complaint is that you cant put two plugs in the same outlet because the round shape is too big. A good buy for the price.

This is my first smart plug purchase. Happy with my purchase. Have fixed these smart plugs one to my bedroom and the other to my hubby’s office room so that we can turn off/on lights using the phone and could save power this way atleast.Thank you for the technology. Great addition to my home.

Works. Cheap, but where it falls apart is sharing with another family member. The app is buggy. This used to work and now when plugs are added and a member added to the group they don’t see any of the devices. Data privacy terms also questionable
